Pretty high quality chains
It was easy to buy and the chains I got were pretty good quality, arrived on time. Did not have to use their customer support, so can't comment on that. I will say they need to review their marketing style, because some of the emails I receive from them are so cringeworthy it hurts.

Do not waste your time buying jewellery…
Do not waste your time buying jewellery from this company. I received the ring id ordered which didn’t look like the colour advertised. I then followed the exact return policy to the letter including instructions from a member of staff and was not given a refund for the item dispute paying £12 to send it back with all the correct labels and address. Don’t waste your time or money.

Better than "the one ring"
After trying to get a one of piece from Jack @ Outlaws, i realised we couldnt. (But it maybe a future model)
I stuck with the Turquise Band.
Size 13.
And as with my orevious purchase it fits like a literal glove and is amazing. The rings these boys & girls knock up are 1000% amazing, Smooth and sleek. Recommend to friends, family and any Outlaw out there.
