Stay away – promises, excuses, but no solution
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.
Even my first order had delivery issues. With my second order, the package never arrived at all. After several messages, I was finally promised a reshipment and provided all my delivery details immediately.
Nothing happened.
Customer support responds slowly and mainly with apologies, reassurances and promises that things will be taken care of – but then absolutely nothing actually happens.
Weeks of chasing an order, no reliable delivery, no reshipment despite it being promised, and no proper solution.
One star. Stay away.

I ordered 2 rings and a bracelet in their 3 for 2 offer, they arrived within a week. I had my fingers measured for rings before I ordered them and when they arrived they fit exactly right. The rings and bracelet are top quality, look great and feel great. I'll definitely be buying from them again
