Terrible company
Terrible company.
Refuse to refund me, even though I returned the items (therefore having to pay £10+ on shipping), and was well within my rights to a refund.
Have been in a back and forth with their customer support team for the span of 6 months now, dragged out process where all they can do is reel off the same petty script over and over to you.
Disgracefully tacky Shopify dropshipping.
Highly suggest not buying from here if you value quality, your time, positive experience, and your sanity.

The service I received was outstanding. Just asked a question of how long the chain is on the compass necklace, through instagram. Had an email reply within minutes, letting me know they were checking in my request. Another email unless than half an hour later with the info I needed. Exceptional service, will be ordering soon.

I bought a piece on the offchance as id seen it advertised on Instagram.
Gotta be said, was quick dispatch and arrived well presented in its own bag and box. Looked the bees knees.
The fit, weight and look were as pictured, but the feel, was the real giveaway that these weren't just costume jewellery but iconic pieces.
They dont leave green marks like cheap stuff, they look and feel and represent you, and definitely start some conversations!
I now have 5 total pieces. All within the first few months. Plan to get more.
