i buy 1 month ovh to start my server there i try to setup windows server 1 week plus... every time and i try evrything deferend methods i try all methods setup fail on 70% never succes i get tyred and i dont have more time to waste on them when i ask a refund ... OVH say to me we cant refund you because you chance your account to company account me i never do this... they never give my money back i try to dispute on paypal they upload fake report and stop my refund from there also plz guys thing alot before pay them is money stolers... you never get back your money in any way from them... is the worst company i try in my life for host...keep your self away from them... Ovhcloud is trying to bill me 147 Euros for a service they never provided. The reneval payment with my credit card did not come trough, because the credit card expired. I noticed it, and switched provider, because I did not want to stay with OVH anymore anyways. I also cancelled the service from their UI. BUT they thought that it was logical to bill me anyways. I do not recommend ovhcloud, their dashboard is also ugly and buggy, and support inexistent.

I did reply to the request, but could not see this reply first. I added a ticket number for a ticket I opened on this matter.
EDIT 2:
OvhCLOUD replied to my ticket without even bothering to read it, with just a tutorial on how to pay my bill. Apart from this being completely disrespectful, I still do not, see why I would have to pay a bill on a service ovhcloud themselves deleted and aknowledged having done so.

Second review in a short time: requested a domain transfer about 7 days ago, all formalities completed, nothing happens. Created a ticket to know why the transfer is not happening, no answer.
Absolutely the worst web and cloud provider that exists, not one sense of respect towards their customers.
Update 15/5/2024
Got an email fro support, mentioning a domain transfer timing that is completely different than the one mentioned before, and about three times slower than the worldwide standard. In addition, they had the arrogance to point me on the respectfulness of my mail: let me be clear: if you treat your customers without any respect over and over again, do not ask for respect. French company with an attitude and lousy service, the worst you can get!!!!!!

Customer support zero in response to below we have now closed our account it’s hilarious when arrogant companies like these then send emails like below in fact we raised a PayPal complaint and there only response was go through our proper channels I think PayPal will show them. My advice pay and if there services through PayPal at least you have a come back UPDATE you no exactly who I am saying you don’t know me is just a strategy hoping people reading will think it’s fake it’s not AVOID

I decided to switch to OVHCloud VPS on the basis that they could allow 2 networked sessions on the Hypervisor to reduce database latency. So I subscribed, but tech support in France very quickly told me it could not be done. They apologised, cancelled the service and said they would process a full refund.
Except that a month later, I still had not received my refund. I then called Customer Support in Australia. No record of the conversation, the account was only deleted after the end of the month, so no refund.
No attempt to read the tech logs, voice recording etc. Just No Refund.
Their final "proposed solution" - saying sorry, but no refund!
Really just shocking customer service. My advice, hound the tech guy to send you a notice the cancellation notice and email you the promise of a full refund. Or you can kiss your refund goodbye!

the service after registration is a nightmare. no human anywhere........
i bought a product from OHV and the order didn't proberly finish after entering the credit-card number... there where no response at all nor onscreen nor as email. The only button onscreen is a call back button which i tried. I explained my problem, but i got the answer, that it is not their problem its only a marketing response button. Its not a answer you want to hear if your credit card is involved. they gave me a support number, which didn't work at all (the call immediately stopped) i made a second call with the call back button, and a got a little help again with the remark it's not their task to respond to orders, but he explained me at least how to open my account. I tried again to call but without success. line immediately closed. i tried to open a ticket and wait now for an answer what happens with my credit-card numbers and the payments....
Today 18.December evening, still no response from my ticket request..... 0 Stars

Affordable and no-nonsense web hosting in Europe. Migration from Gandi went smoothly. Most domain names could be transferred. Some like .jp or .co.za could not.

Incredible bad experience straight from the beginning.
Ive been trying to reach them since have issues with my login (even this level i know is frustrating) and no one there to talk about it. also try to reach the support few times in any way after just spend a lot of money in their services. I will cancel and go with another better service provider. I wish to get the refund in those conditions. However stay away if you do some research beforehand.

Eine absolute Zumutung!
Der Support schließt das Chatfenster während der Lösungsfindung. Resultat = keine Hilfe, keine Lösung, kein Support.
Exchange Server bestellt, keine Ahnung wie ich den konfigurieren soll. Keinerlei Hilfestellung, keine Tutorials nichts. Kundensupport = siehe oben.
Dann meine Frage, wie ich kündigen kann > Chatfenster geschlossen. Meine E-Mailanfragen werden grundsätzlich ignoriert.

I work as a DevOps consultant and have a 5 year+ experience. I was hired to check out OVHcloud, as a client was interested in potentially choosing them as their provider.
I can easily tell you, OVHcloud is by far the worst provider I've had the pleasure of working on.
The signup process itself is easy enough, but when you're ready to build, you're met with quota after quota, hindering you in deploying even the smallest, cheapest instances. Why are these in place, even after I have filled in payment info. and info. about the company?
Not only that, when you write an email to OVHcloud (as that is the only way to increase your quota...), they ask you the exact same questions you answered, last time you asked for an increase, as if they are oblivious to you as a customer. To top that off, their response time is by far the longest in the business.
I would love more European cloud providers, as we have to take data sharing seriously, but if OVHcloud is ever going to compete with the big ones, they will need to improve. Here's a hint: Remove annoying quotas and improve your response times.
EDIT: OVH Cloud responded after my Trustpilot review and have now allowed me to manage my quotas myself, which is an improvement.
You should just set a default quota, so customers are able to try out your services for some time, instead of hindering them completely.

I owned a dedicated servers with ovh. My two server disk failed two times. Their technical support will take around 4-6 hours sometimes even days to reply for technical support tickets. Our server was down for 3 days. They don’t care anything.
We hosting customers websites on the server. We have tried very hard to get the customers. With the 3 day downtime we have losts more than half of the customers which we gain from last 4 years.
So make a good decision when you purchasing the server.
