Has anyone experienced sudden suspension on OVHcloud with no clear evidence?
My server was locked without warning; they only provided some technical logs but there were no complaints or security incidents I could find.
As a professional in cybersecurity, I found no proof of abuse in the evidence they gave.
Support did not provide any helpful response or let me recover my data.
If anyone here has faced this, how did you resolve it? Any advice on recovering data or escalating the case?

48 HOURS vs 120 SECONDS bare metal deployment
OVH advertises to deploy a bare metal server within 120 SECONDS - I purchased one and AFTER I made my payment for over £150 they told me it'll take 48 HOURS to deploy it. I cancelled immediately, what a scam. No customer service at all, support email-address doesn't work, nobody picks up the phone-I hung up after wating 27 minutes. Now I'm wating to get my money back, let's see how this will work. km1296313-ovh

The worse customer service experience, ever.
Mame D. of OVH asked me to review their service, well... here you go, short and sweet: AVOID them at all costs!
I have been asked to quote the ticket reference, here they are: CS10769529 & CS10960112. This way OVH can check and come back here to tell the world why this review is unfair. Honestly, be my guest OVH, I'm so done...
Now, here is my experience:
A couple of month back I spot a domain name I want to purchase, see it is available and start the process of purchasing it together with a web hosting, using OVH. The order is easy, everything is wrapped up fairly quickly. Then I start receiving some emails about my order, all looks ok.
A few hours later, when everything things to be in order, I try to install a module on my website, apparently things are done promptly, all good. However, nothing shows on the website, I cannot access the module but instead see another landing page telling me that the domain I thought I owned was available for sale.
I look back at my order, yep, I did try to purchase said domain.
Investigating further, I understand that the domain was grabbed by a domain broker a few minutes before I did purchase it. Frustrating, but such is life sometimes.
However, since I can buy the domain on the secondary market for a reasonable price, I do that.
Once I fully understood this situation, I reached out to OVH customer service to raise this issue and the fact that AT NO POINT of the order process, or after, did OVH highlight that they could not give me the domain I ordered.
Then, after I raised the issue, at no point did they investigate what happened and acknowledge their failure.
Because I got rather insistent that they were at fault here, OVH said they may (!) refund me the cost of the hosting (which is actually roughly equivalent to the cost of the domain on the secondary market).
They did tell me that, should the refund be approved, it could take up to a month...
A good month after that declaration, nothing happened, no follow-up, no refund.
So I chased.
Tadaa: today, they refunded me and deleted my hosted website, suspended my DNS zone, just wiped out everything. Again, AT NO POINT did they say that, should they refund me, they would effectively disable all the services and throw me out. But they did it, the lovely people... see, they can be efficient sometimes.
So, back to you, gentle customer, beware. You may need a lot of patience with OVH and maybe more than that. I used to be a happy customer of theirs but I will now migrate the various websites I held with them for many years to another platform, with better reviews than OVH.
EDIT: As announced, OVH try to show they care, even though they don't. Not only they clearly glaze over the issue linked with their failing process, but they do not commit to change it and, best of all, they make it sound like it was fully clear they would cancel all services. Whilst I requested a 'commercial gesture', they 'offered a refund' which is in fact the cancellation of all services with the necessary refund that goes with it, which is a legal requirement.
Honestly, if you haven't already just avoid them like the plague.

A Perfect Service with Best Value
I've used AWS, GCP, OCI and other VPS solutions. The price OVH offered for Bare-Metal Server is unbeatable. Server was up and running within 15 minutes. I loved that they also provide rDNS for the IP they allocate for the machine. I'm from Bangladesh, and I've faced payment issues with several other cloud providers. For example, I couldn't pay to AWS with IFIC VISA card. Azure works, OCI sometimes have problems. But OVH fully supported the payment platform, just like local.

I set up automatic payments, but the company deleted my server anyway. Some Viktor from their support acted like a jerk. Never take anything from them.

Horrible customer support SCAMPANY
Horrible customer support. Instead of answering my questions gave me a knowledgebase link then disconnects the chat when I asked to cancel the service. I have to be disconnected twice. The third rep which was my first rep that disconnected me earlier, instead of doing my request gave me a bad link for the knowledgebase. Had to just look for where you can cancel. Also they dont give refunds even if it was just charged today and i have not been using it for 3 months.

False spam abuse claims
So was using OVH for some time (mixture of dedicated and VPS)
Recently I started getting emails that one of my VPS's was the source of spam. Naturally I investigate and find nothing. I shut the VPS down but the emails keep coming in.
The spam seems to be referencing a domain that for some reason still point to the IP of my VPS and this domain is hosted by OVH. OVH keep mailing me with abuse of service threats despite this been nothing to do with my machines. There support are useless because they tell me to reply to the emails - which I have been - with no replies.
Ironically the only spam I can see is the number of abuse tickets coming in from OVH. I actually had to add an auto filter to my gmail to block them.
Terrible service, and I will be migrating all my services elsewhere.
UPDATE:
Despite requesting (and me supplying) more information I got no further contact from OVH. Tickets I open just kept getting closed with telling me to contact there trust/safety department - who never reply.
EDIT:
No everything is not ok - I still have hundreds of scammers domains pointing to my IP on your DNS servers which you are refusing to remove.
I do not use X or facebook so cannot continue there.

I have been a customer of OVH for nearly 10 years. It's a love hate relationship. Some aspects of their service are amazing, but some are just terrible. I love the dedicated servers and VPS. Setup is fast and easy, deploying Linux is very easy and logical.
But domain name service, is terrible. Try setting up your name servers, it's so unreliable and ackward. Many times it just doesn't work.
Documentation is often old or difficult to find.
Pricing is very good, but competition is all around with simillar pricing too.
But for all other reasons it's still 5*.

They terminated my website without…
They terminated my website without proper notice. I didn’t miss their payment since it was set up as a monthly recurring payment. However, they emailed me asking for a manual payment, which I couldn’t check because I was unwell. Instead of ensuring proper communication or providing a warning, they went ahead and terminated the site. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Is this how professionalism works?

My situation was analyzed and resolved positively
My customer account (tr131258-ovh). I have been a client for a couple of years, I pay constantly and on time. But when sanctions were introduced against Russia, I was unable to pay Visa and MasterCard. They continued to bill me on their own for 2 months after they were unable to charge my card. I wrote to support to stop the accounts, but it didn’t help. NOW I wrote to them again in support, and they said that I must to pay 45 Euros on the bills "debt". Petty, inhumane. You have lost a client and respect.
UPD: In a whole week support still hasn't done anything about my situation, no respons
