I did not benefit from this platform. The self-study materials and live lessons were completely disconnected, and there was no clear structure explaining how the program works.

What made the experience worse was being contacted by the platform’s manager asking me to change or remove my review. This put me in an uncomfortable position, especially since I was still taking lessons and felt pressured and worried about possible retaliation.

I believe reviews should reflect honest user experiences, and asking students to edit or remove negative feedback is not acceptable.

It was amazing to see the teacher, because I had seen him before teaching online, and it was a good experience doing this.

Their test is inaccurate. Answered 39/40 and it still says I'm b2. what a joke

I took classes to improve my pronunciation for making presentations at work.

The class was always useful and well-organised. Sometimes difficult but it helped me a lot.

The teacher is very patience but i think it's not enough , At least i need got more thing than AI, where my speaking or grammer is not good . just speak i think i didn't learn enough thing.

I am so happy that I decided to book a course for English pronunciation! It is easy to handle the bookings, and the lessons are so flexible. My teacher Daniel is brilliant! and the level is challenging yet reasonable. I think the price is very fair I am pleased that my teacher is a living person (not AI) with attention to my needs

This is the second time my teacher has forgotten my classes. I was left waiting and didn't receive any message until I emailed both the teacher and Oxford. I believe there is a significant problem with the class booking process and teacher communication system. Furthermore, I haven't received any apology from Oxford Online English. Overall, this experience has been absolutely terrible.

I found interesting material on their channel. The teachers have a clear pronunciation. Easy way to take and manage the lesson .

My three years of experience in OOE membership is beneficial. Along this journey, I have learnet lots about developing fluency. The teachers are supportive, helping my heavy accents out with various practices. Throughout the years, my mental and physical abilities to communicate with confidence have been taking off.
Well, what made my score four stars rather than five stars? Unfortunately, there are some cases that I received a cancellation without notice. Although my tickets were reimbursed, I missed the opportunity at the planned day. If there is a system that other teachers take place these losing lessons, it would be great.

The teachers are cool, supportive and qualified. I have enjoyed all their lessons. They have helped me upgrade my English skills significantly. Thank you all of you so much!

I have been taking lessons for over 3 years. My teachers are Kath and Gareth. They have a lot of knowledge and are patient. When I started, I was a still beginner. Now I enjoy communicating with foreigners and study at an online university in the UK.
