Very disappointed!
I've had a lesson with Gina and she was so terrible.
She couldn't answer many of my questions, or it took her too long to answer my simple questions. Furthermore, She lied.
I'm giving her the lowest rating one star.
Even one star is too much for her.

Just to give our perspective on this:
- We made extensive efforts to accommodate the student, in spite of the fact that she was consistently aggressive and insulting to everybody she communicated with.
- Gina (the teacher in question) has worked with us for over 7 years, and has taught 1000+ hours to many different students. I have never heard a complaint about her in all that time. Gina told me that this student was extremely disrespectful to her in the lessons, and that she had never had such an unpleasant experience in all her teaching career. Gina also said that she would refuse to teach this person again.
- Our customer service manager also refused to deal with this individual at some point, because she was so rude and disrespectful.
Overall, I'm glad this person has decided to take her business elsewhere. I would not personally teach her for any price, nor would I expect my teachers to have to deal with such obnoxious behaviour. Anyone reading this can read reviews from other students and hopefully realise that this is in no way a typical interaction for us. We take great pride in our teaching and our customer service, but that does not mean we have to tolerate such disrespect from someone who apparently never learned how to treat others properly.

2. I was diagnosed totally differen by each of the teachers: one said that my vocabulary is very good and from the feedback of the other I was impressed that it was poor.
3. The teachers were good listeners but they haven't challenged my English comprehension enough.
4. The feedback wasn't profoundly as I was expected to have.

Money well spent
Had ten lessons with Sonya Jacob on IELTS writing and speaking. Sonya has helped me a lot with the understanding of the question types and answer structures of IELTS writing tasks. After each leasson, she would leave at least one writing task and correct it and leave comments before next lesson. I have got writing 7.5 and speaking 8. I always hesitated paying to learn English as most teachers i had before back in my home country were not good enough,probablh I am too demanding. Sonya knows what I want. The price is not very cheap, but it's worth it. If you wanna improve IELTS especially writing, i highly recommend go with Oxford online English. It is also important to communicate with your teacher and let them know your expectations.
