I think we got the perfect teacher for our daughter !

I have been taking lessons for over 3 years. My teachers are Kath and Gareth. They have a lot of knowledge and are patient. When I started, I was a still beginner. Now I enjoy communicating with foreigners and study at an online university in the UK.

I just have a question that when the teacher cancelled the class the student have nothing to do until the class is returned by teacher or book a new class, right?
So I am confused whether I book a new class?

The teacher was kind and competent.
She helped me to understand my mistakes.
I had a pleasent conversation with her

Hi! I have been using Oxford online English for 3 years.
My teacher Susan is perfect, even though quite pricy. You should refresh your website is bit old school.

It's a good online learning place to start, the exercise notes and teaching system are helping me learn faster.

Although I'm satisfied about the quality of their teachers, especially of Sahar, I can't be satisfied with the general management:
1) beside booking classes there aren't meaningful contents;
2) once you book a class, you can't cancel it - I would understand to put a time limit (ex. not allowing to cancel the class before 24h, or allowing to cancel the class until ten minutes after you receive the booking through email - just in case of misclick);
3) it happened several times that the sistem book a class just because I was hovering with the cursor over a date and time without having confirmed it;
4) although my membership get paid at the last day of each month, and according to the system get renewal on the third day of the following month, they disabled me from using my credits on the 28th day of the month - I have screenshot.

A great teacher. The teacher able to empathize. I like the learning atmosphere. I study with pleasure.

My teacher, Dragana, is very friendly, experienced and professional. She teaches me kindly and attentively while checking my learning preferences. In addition to learning grammar and vocabulary, I have been able to learn business English. The teaching materials are excellent. It is also helpful that I can take lessons at my convenience. The website is ok. However, the teachers cancel the lessons at the last moment very often. I am still trying, I hope that not all the teachers are the same.

It can take decades to find a fun and effective English teacher like Dragana. Her classes are fun and informative. I have been enjoying improving my conversational English and Academic English writing. She explains why to articulate the points and ease learning steps. I was determined to learn English conversation. I found Oxford Online English (OOE) on the Net. After watching several free videos of OOE on YouTube, I joined it. It is really a face-to-face lesson with excellent teachers. Internet technology changed the world. We can learn English conversation, wherever I live on this planet and how old we are! Don't you think?
