They made it all very easy for me. The installer was brilliant!

The aircon was a great price and the team helped me when the delivery service let them down and held the item at their depot for some reason. But once I contacted oz air they spoke with the delivery service and it was delivered in 2 days.
Loving having heating and cooling in my studio/home office. The unit is simple to use and I've integrated it with my home automation using an additional product sensibo. Highly recommend oz air online, their delivery provider has a bad wrap online and I experienced a small atall in delivery. Hopefully oz air make a change to a new provider.

Initially I was sent the incorrect order. However within just a few minutes of sending an email to the team, I was credited with a refund. Great service given the fact a mistake was made initially. Lovely to see customer service and accountability taken seriously.

I recently purchased an air diverter from Oz Air Online, and their sizing bot was incredibly helpful in ensuring I got the perfect fit for my AC unit. The diverters arrived quickly and were simple to assemble. Installation was a breeze thanks to the magnetic design.

Good fitment and mostly easy to assemble. Only issue was the nyloc nuts supplied for magnets was difficult to tighten for the 2 bottom one due to the recess for a screw/bolt (unable to get spanner or socket in there). Overall works well directs air upwards as designed. Magnets strong enough to hold and doesn't budge.
