Excellent phone the second time around
Ordered an iPhone 16 pro in "excellent" condition. The first phone received had a big scratch on the screen! I returned it which was easy and efficient, had to wait for another one to become available and ordered again. The second one is much better, only some very minor scratches. Only gave 4-stars due to the first phone being clearly not of "excellent"condition.

Upgrading to a newer iPhone
My 13 mini failed on me so I sadly needed to upgrade. I don’t care for the newest and greatest, just quality and working well. Got exactly that with Oz Mobiles. iPhone in exceptional condition, works perfectly, price was excellent, and delivery very fast. Overall very happy and will use again.

Great product, good delivery
The product was as described and is working well. No issues with delivery so all in all a good experience. Only thing I would like is a clearer process for price matching. It’s hard because each company has different descriptions so a like for like match is almost impossible and the AI assistant was hopeless.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Warranty appears useless- phone broke under 6 months and can’t speak to anyone (only email exchange). Keeps claiming phone is ‘locked’ yet I have deleted and exhausted all possible places - they have my phone and are no longer replying to my message!!!

Customer service, we did have a problem with one of the phones we ordered but they were so helpful and we were very happy with the outcome, My family has now ordered 4 phones from Oz mobiles and we are very happy with our phones and the price. I trust them and they were very quick to get back to me and help me. It is an amazing company and I will be back!
