This is my second phone from Oz…
This is my second phone from Oz Mobiles. When it came time to upgrade my iPhone 11, I had not hesitation to re visit Oz Mobiles. An easy process to review all available models on the friendly website.
Ordering was just as easy & delivery was super quick. The packaging is very basic, but not an issue for me. The phone was packed safe & secure - that is the main thing.
The phone had a few scratches on the side of the phone as described on the website. But again not a big deal for me. On install of the bumper it’s not an issue.
Functionally the phone is perfect. I went for an iPhone 16 pro max. A great upgrade for me.
The swap over went flawless- as expected by apple & was using the new phone in an evening.
I had the option at checkout to get a few upgrades. I opted for the screen protector & bumper case. All came at the same time with the phone. One less thing to worry about for me.
Oz Mobiles have provided great & consistent products & service for a second time. Happy to recommend using them for your next phone.

I love it, phone came in “Ex demo” condition so I’m really happy how it turned out. Ordered it on a Wednesday and it arrived on Friday so really good delivery. The only problem I had is the 14 pro max I bought keeps turning off randomly and then turning back on so I don’t know what that’s about…… other then that love it!!

All good with my refurbished phone
All went well with my purchase. The phone arrived promptly, in good condition, and it's been working perfectly so far.
I really liked that I was able to buy the screen protector and the case right there along with the phone. It made everything so much easier.
I will only buy refurbished phones from now on so as not to contribute to the large amounts of electronic waste that we create each year.
