Unbelievably rude
Unbelievably rude. No paint. Told me it was my fault because currier couldn’t access. Phoned dpd and they told me paint online gave them wrong post code. No reply on email,( I sent lots of emails) rude in Chat. Luckily I had used PayPal and got my money back. Thank god this is over

From the Emerald Isle to the Continent – Excellent Service!
I usually get a bit stressed when shopping at a new store, especially one based abroad. However, I have to say that paintonline.ie completely exceeded my expectations, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
The customer service was excellent – prompt, friendly, and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable, and everything was packed exceptionally well. My order arrived without any issues, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
A fantastic experience overall – I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Dulux Heritage paint, Paint Online - and DPD
Dulux Heritage paint - wonderful colours, easy to choose a scheme, excellent coverage, feels fantastic. And Paint Online's speedy delivery was great.
Unfortunately, DPD let them down again. Order was sent in 2 parcels - one went to Wicklow depot, One went to Carlow Depot, one arrived on time, one 2 days later. Why can't DPD use Eircodes?

Great packaging and swift delivery
Ordering process was easy. All paint cans came in a sturdy carboard box and were individually packed for their trip to Belgium. Delivery was swift and faultless.
