Delivery took for ever
Delivery took for ever, much longer than expected and too late for the purpose of buying it in the first place so it was useless.
When Fedex arrived, it required a signature - why? Ridiculous for a tiny test post. We were at home but the Fedex didn't wait for us. He delivered it next day and demanded the signature. Fedex App is awful and doesnt allow access to say where to leave a package. I want to return this tiny pot and seek full refund,

Your order was despatched Friday 3rd using a next-working-day service. However, tracking showed it was delayed in transit. A delivery attempt was made on Tuesday 5th at 5pm. Unfortunately the bad weather conditions have caused further delays, and the parcel is currently scheduled for delivery on Friday 10th. Please get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be happy to refund the delivery charge.

Perfect paint purchase
They had the paint I wanted, on sale price. Delivered 2 days after ordering and very well packed. Awesome. I'd use them again. The only thing I'd suggest people look out for is all my order confirmation and delivery notification emails from them went straight into my junk folder!
