Great service and really good to deal with

Great service. Had mistakenly booked for a Major Service instead of a service and MOT. They still managed to MOT my car at no extra cost. There was also a bulb needing changed that they didn't charge me for. Well done lads.

MOT was not done on my car and I was told by reception that I should take my car back.
I'm still waiting for my MOT booking refund.
Poor customer service

Took my car into the garage after sliding on ice and cracking my wheel off the kerb, turns out I'd damaged the wheel bearing and suspension. The guys were brilliant throughout, Chris and Gary kept me informed and explained everything that was happening and really happy with the repair that was done. Cheers guys

I tried it out as it looked handy and straight forward but after results, It was obvious that my car was going to turn into their 'bottom line' feeder.
Shame!!

My car had a engine warning light. When autocare tested it they decided it was a sensor or possibly a thermostat. After charging me £60 to they said they would have to get the part from the dealer and let me know. They didn't, when I called they were rude and dismissive. I took the car to another garage in Paisley, they got the part from euro car parts the same day and repaired the fault. Autocare are only interested in Mot test and servicing where they can make more money, they are obviously not interested in smaller repairs but don't mind charging for diagnostics. They were happy to charge me almost £400 for mot and repairs.

Second year using this garage and still very pleased with service. MOT and major service completed on my 8 year old car which is now running as good as new. Very efficient and honest workers, highly recommended.

They have an appointment system so booked in for service and MOT at 11am. Finally got car back at 5pm after a few phone calls. They basically dont stick to booking system and couldnt care less that I was unhappy at them taking so long..they laughed in my face! I wouldnt have minded so much if they had phoned and explained my car would be longer than expected. I was probably shunted to the back of the queue because I was a female! Have been going here for a few years now and expected better customer service.

Pitched up with car for pre planned Maintenance/Mot transpires my fully comp.insurance didn’t cover the organised curtesy car so in for a long wait or reschedule.Having driven 20 miles Gary the garage co ordinator pulled out all the stops and flooded the car with manpower to get the task done in a very acceptable timescale.This saved the hassle of replacement car and or rescheduling,the adaptability of the staff was something you don’t see nowadays in business very often,no doubt where my cars will be going for future servicing or maintenance.Thanks guys

Helpful and friendly staff. MOT completed and some repairs I had requested were completed within a good time frame. Happy with experience.

No issues with my bike mot and found the booking and paying in advance very helpful. Staff had the bike ready within the time given.
Only thing I would say is the driveway outside / leading to the premise is loose gravel which is not ideal for motorbikes, especially when they weigh 600 lbs. In saying that I would use their services again.

As usual, great service from the Autocare team. Family and I have been using the garage for years for various cars of varying ages.

Car was fixed in a few days after failing it’s MOT at Arnold clark. They took my car in and had it all completed for a much better price and were lovely. Good communication and really great service I highly recommend 🤗

Found the staff though very busy helpful and friendly I put my car in for a service and mot which was carried out diligently Any small faults were highlighted for attention if required at a later date and a written report of work done was given to me.I would definitely use again.
