My car had a door problem
My car had a door problem, they looked at it for 30 mins and it came back
Worse than before. When I addressed this iwas told nothing we can do now
"SEE YOU LATER" and walked away from me. I asked how the car was ina worse condition he replied.. I don't know SHOCKING customer relations

Booked car in for an MOT, soon as I showed up the guys in office were absolutely spot on, told me they would phone me as soon as car was ready, phone call an hour later telling me to head down, when I showed up to get car, they explain everything they to me in a way I would understand, absolutely great service, can’t wait to see you again!👍

Disrespectful staff
Disrespectful staff, and appointments are not respected. Booked a time slot was there on time and supposed to take 1 hour. Staff told me in a rudely manner that they have other cars in front of me even do my appointment was at 8:00 am so first in line. They had asked me to leave car there and they will contact me that day or next day when the MOT will be done. I booked another test with another company and within 2 hours my MOT was don. So please be careful with this company. I am in the process to get my money back but apparently they put that they had done the job and are trying to keep the money. Lucky that I have PayPal on my side and I should be able to sort this out trough them.
PS. You have problems mister in your head. I wasn’t abusive at any moment and you try to make excuses for yourself and your stuff . I would of let the car there but rumours say that cars leave from there without the catalic converter and also without other genuine parts so that’s the reason I didn’t want to leave the car there unsupervised . I only needed an MOT and as long as I booked a time slot I expect to have the car done as is stated in my booking. What a lier you are .

You booked your MOT on the morning of 18/05/22 at 7:51 for a 8oclock drop off slot "9 minutes before we opened" .On our website, it displays that the time you select is a drop off slot.
We had alot of vehicles on ramps from the previous day. You enter the garage at 8am, Demanding to our staff that you want your vehicle MOT straight away and are not leaving until its done. Our reception tried to help you by putting your vehicle on the next available ramp. since you only gave us "9 minutes notice for your booking" you continued to be abusive to our young members of staff. Thats when our general manager asked you to leave.
As you said you booked with another company and it took 2 hours, If you gave us 2 hours it would have been done. But you wouldn't even give us 2 minutes without verbal abuse.
We have a policy of transparency, but sometimes we need to deny services.

My husband needed a repair to wing mirror. Told to come down so an assessment could be made. Within an hour the repair was made. Excellent customer care. Excellent quick repair. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. A very pleasant and helpful atmosphere in sales office. Will use this company in future.

Nightmare
Disgrace my sons car failed it’s mot with tyre sensor faulty asked how much it would cost reply don’t know, when can you get the part reply don’t know so picked up car got the part from Kia and got the part fitted took it back to get resit costing another £25 and they wouldn’t do it as light was still on told them it was fixed box was still in car with old bit in it said you failed it on sensor not a light was told to get out 5 so called men all shouting at me a 60 yr old woman told them it was a Mickey Mouse garage one guy followed me out the door to intimidate me when I was answering back was told f_ _ _ _ _ _ get off the fore court utter disgrace no customer service and obviously no respect for women

The vehicle failed the MOT, You took the vehicle away to fix the failure "In another garage", You returned with the vehicle and the fault was still showing.
