My operation system is windows 10 Pro version 22H2 2020/08/09. With the old software security installed, it detected register windows problems and the PC went slowly. With Panda this problems is missing. How can I tell if the registration problems are gone? What you recommend?

I can see that it is a very reliable antivirus software, with Panda Dome in my case, but I can say that maybe there are some technical issues that its still not able to detect for my case. Nonetheless, I see a better performance from my computer after installing this software.

Worst client service I have experienced. The person from spain who a attended the sesion was so, no just unpolite, but rude, inexplicably rude. I am thinking in cancel my subscription because of that service. Right now I
don't have running your panda dome premuim service that I bougth and is still
active until december 2024, because the same person attended me twice without
fixing the problem besides acting as a mentally unbalanced person, because
he e even shouted at me and scolded me without allowing me to speak, when I was just being polite as any normal citizen who is in contact with the customer service of any company would do.

Focus on the client. Excellent support. Flexibility.

I tried to connect with support and was a painful experience. I didn't have a local phone to call, I didn't have the option yo choose spanish as my language preference and i didn't received the solution to my problem (I don't have the exact date)

There was an issue with the expiration date of a product renewal, but they resolved it quickly.

I feel comfortable with the experience of using Panda and at the same time feel sure that my equipment is protected against viruses. It's an "easy to use" software with an attractive interface.

Excellent product, bad phone support. Please not e this the third time you ask me and I reply.

I bought the Panda antivirus product and I have not been able to use it, because it cannot be installed. I called customer service and I am still waiting for a determination of the problem.

So far it's been great keeping my home PC safe. It's not an invasive program that interrupts your workflow with endless popups and marketing notifications. Also, it does not slow down my computer.

The product is really good but the support in spanish is awful, even when the service is 24/7 if you call pass 5pm they didn´t responded. And they didnt offer a real solution to my problem

I like that they are always up-to-date and send url notifications that are malicious

This company does not give refunds for faulty goods I don't know how they get away with it Chinese company's must be immune. Won't be buying anything else.

The panda product is really good. I have been using it for at least 8/10 years and have never had protection problems.
I wrote to customer service a few days ago and have had no response.
Today I called and in a couple of hours everything was resolved!
Maybe they wanted to solve my problem and then tell me about it. However, I would have preferred them to reply immediately, telling me to wait a few days and then tell me the outcome. But now everything is ok!
