Do you know of any company that, without the express consent of the client, has the shame of charging you for a product that you have not ordered? I do, you. I have been charged for the annual antivirus, without having approved or accepted the renewal. And I don't care if you, as a legal trick to fool your clients, put automatic payment in fine print in the contract. I am frankly disappointed with your company and with the lack of scruples they have when it comes to treating their customers, sincerely

Panda is a very good antivirus
Panda is a very good antivirus, this is the second time I have used it in different years. I previously stopped using it for price reasons; since it was high. With the current promotions I was able to buy it again observing substantial improvements to the product.
I hope that the price is maintained so that I can continue enjoying its benefits.

No posible to perform in depth analysis
I installed Panda Dome (basic) in three computers. When trying to perform the In Depth Analysis of one of them (my main computer) the program crashed by reason of a SVCHOST.EXE file located in the Prefetch folder. I eliminated all these files and subsequently the program crashed at the Recycle Bin folder by reason of a desktop.ini file which I was unable to eliminate. I took contact (by phone) with Spanish support AnyTech365. The technician who dealt with me was very kind and he spent a good deal of time with me, but he was unable to solve the problem on the spot, He talked about a malware and he made me offers rather pricey which are not affordable for me. I took the PC to an around the corner independently service and currently they are working in it.
