Mayor cantidad de detalles no tengo. Creo que lo explicado en mi explicación previa, ya contiene varios. Lo que sí podría abundar es que tuve un ataque a mi equipo con la inyección de múltiples ejecutables que se alojaron en el Prefetch de mi WINDOWS 10 PROFESIONAL.
Esto fue en el momento en que se me produjo un desbordamiento de buffer cuando quise bajar videos e imágenes desde mi Google drive para dejar espacio en él. Ese trabajo se hizo con el navegador Opera y no se alcanzó a completar pues mi PC quedó absolutamente congelado y tuve que apagarlo.
Al prenderlo nuevamente se me fue presentando cosas extrañas, como que el sistema no partía y tampoco me dejaba partir con otro sistema operativo pues automáticamente se re-direccionaba al que era mi disco duro principal. Tampoco podía hacerlo con algún pendrive por idénticas razones. Un detalle que me acuerdo es que pensé casi de inmediato que el boot del disco quedó bloqueado o con una suerte de encriptación o script que impedía el reemplazo del boot cuando quise arreglarlo. Al final tuve que sacar el disco duro principal e instalarlo en otro equipo como esclavo para averiguar con software especializado que es lo que podía ocurrir... con el desenlace ya explicado anteriormente en la primera misiva. Agradezco su petición de más información, pero lo único que puedo decir además de esto es que la primera vez que me pasa en mi amplia experiencia en trabajos de procesamiento de datos a través de décadas. Sin embargo, debo decir además que son muchos los años en que conozco Panda y como software lo he usado antes y muy satisfactoriamente. Por eso me molestó mucho que en tan grave problema, Panda no haya entregado ningún indicativo de que algo estaba ocurriendo, como si no hubiese estado instalado.

The poor quality of Panda really has me worried. Actually years ago I found that it was better but these days I had a buffer overflow due to ramsonware or some type of malware and they completely took over my hard drive which luckily was not inoculated in the BIOS. After intensive work on a different team, I managed to eradicate the threat that was apparently in the Boot sector. Having carried out this maneuver, I finally managed to reload the entire operating system and software installed on my computer and today, after five days of work, I was able to recover everything and reload my computer with the original disk; (You will surely be able to verify this since I disappeared from the Planet Internet with one of my computers in precisely that number of days). This ransomware prevented me from even loading other operating systems, preventing me from manipulating the BIOS, for the boot order preferences, since the malicious code placed on my original hard drive immediately redirected the preferred boot disk to where it was convenient; (either Pendrive, external hard drive or another operating system installed on another internal hard drive). My note to you is a sign of the disappointment that Panda caused me, because of the danger of this Buffer overflow, which allowed it to place more than 250 files in the Prefetch of my Windows 10 Professional; (this is more than double the programs that are usually installed in my Windows Prefetch), most of which were unknown executables. It all happened under Panda's nose, who did absolutely nothing and without even realizing what was happening. I post this, because I have no doubt that you will be able to verify and fix this for the benefits of all your clients. In the meantime, I immediately start researching another antivirus that is more efficient, and in one of those they are kind enough to answer this so I know what to expect in the future. very truly yours J
