No refunds
Barbour have knowingly created a product (a opus waterproof wax jacket) which you have sold, that, when utilised for its purpose (wearing in the rain) it affects the appearance adversely. To rectify the adverse appearance, an energy consuming peripheral (hair dryer or tumble dryer) must be purchased & used to reverse the adverse appearance of the product every time after its using it for its purpose. This process is at the customer’s expense & increasing Barbour’s carbon footprint indirectly.
Parasol store are willing to stock products like this.
Think twice before buying because you won't get a refund.

We are sorry that you had an issue with your purchase.
We sought advice from Barbour and they advised that the jacket needed to be ‘warmed’ in order to instantly rectify the issue; we did this straight away without the use of a tumble dryer, by simply airing it close to a radiator and it took a few minutes. Barbour confirmed that this can occur generally with wax jackets and is not a fault. The product was returned to yourself in perfect condition.
If a customer is eligible for refund under the terms of sale, we would always honour this without question.
