I’m loathed to give 1 star! Paid for a watch 6 weeks ago, gave them my address and still no watch - seems a total scam and I’m pissed off I fell for it 😡

It was easy to order on-line. I am somewhat embarrassed that when my olive leather shoes arrived I hugged them! The color, leather quality and style are perfect❣️❣️❣️

My first order from Parker Hayes. The watch is absolutely wonderful. Quality workmanship and extremely attractive. Already receiving compliments wherever I go !! I am looking forward to buying another of the watches they have. A great overall experience. Steve B

Total scam operation! Order a 3xl Trench Coat & received a trench coat that was obviously not a 3xl and the tag has been visibly removed from the coat. Attempted to return as site instructs thru email and they have not responded. STAY AWAY!
I did receive an email that the item could be returned to a Baltimore address, no address has been provided. We will continue to wait & see how this works out.
I still have not received an address to send my return to. My guess is that Parker-Hayes will tag this review as not a verified customer so they can remove it - but I’ve provided Trustpilot & Parker-Hayes with my purchase order number.
Still no response from the company (Melissa) with an address to return my order to. I continue to email a request for the address on a daily basis.
I did receive a reply with an address to return the item to. The item was received by them & they said they would be happy to issue a refund if I withdrew my request for a chargeback. I will happily withdraw that request when I see a refund to my account.

Excellent 👌 product and dealt with a slight problem we had promptly .
Absolutely no qwibbles at all .

My sandals were good quality and super fit. However, they did take 4 weeks to arrive.

The shoes were of good quality, unfortunately they didn’t fit but the company were very good and helpful in sorting out the problem.

The first pair of shoes I bought didn’t fit me properly but The second were great !
Parker Hayes was reasonable and easy to communicate with & provided great service.

I bought a pair of shoes (in theory). Took 4 days to get a reply and a "tracking" number that appears to be from a Chinese system written by a toddler. I cannot get any response or updates. Going to try and get my money back. Beware ....

FOLLOW UP:

They indicate in their reply we were in contact BEFORE my review with concrete data and response from them. This is INCORRECT. I got final emails claiming they were cancelling my order (that previously said had already been shipped) and refunding me. It took three follow up mails to acquire this information.

Bottom line: they apparently employ more people to handle dissatisfied customers than they do to actually fulfill orders.

I am a thirty year veteran small business owner and I ship all over the world. I actually SHIP my orders immediately, correspond with customers and provide REAL tracking. My feedback, for example, on eBay is thousands deep and 100 percent positive.

They can reply all they want - the fact is it's a TERRIBLE platform and what appears to me to be a criminally deficient company.

Well, it was my wedding, and I wanted something special. Along with the new outfit, the watch just set it all off.

Yes, I would recommend Parker Hayes as a genuine and trustworthy supplier, albeit based on one transaction experience.

Like the new sneakers. No complaints. Product as described. No issues with shipping. One of two items purchased was OOS and refunded essentially immediately.

Delivery takes a little long. But, well worth the wait. These shoes are comfortable amd look sharp. I will order more in the future I'm sure

I made an order with your company because I love watches and your watches were not so expensive, when I reviewed my order later I noticed I picked the wrong color somehow so I wrote your company an email and asked if I could have another color and it was no problem, thank you.

This is my 2nd pair of wing tip shoes. I have the black and white shoes and the tan shoes .the fit and comfot is excellent. Happy to recommend these shoes. 😀😀

Product was packed well and in excellent shape. This was an awesome purchase. Very nice product. Will order again.

My order was shipped directly from China and took almost a month to arrive in Texas. I don’t have a problem with the shoes being made overseas. My concern is that the company said up to 2 weeks and listed a Wyoming address. I reached out a few time got two response one asking for more information then the last one was that my order arrived once it arrived. Poor customer service. No one even tried to call me.

I ordered some shoes and the delivery took a little longer than expected. The shoes are nice, although the heel of the shoe is not covered with the same leather from which the shoe itself is made. Rather, it seems to be a colored plastic. It is a small detail, but one that does not align with the advertising of the shoe or the images posted.
