I was not able to pull up my QR code in…

I was not able to pull up my QR code in the parking garage due to there being no cell service at that garage's entry point. In an attempt to turn around and get access to the needed code, I hit a pillar with my front bumper. The damages have been quoted around $2,000. Offline access to QR codes would have saved me from this problem.

Poorly Managed

There was an issue with both entrance gates this morning 3/5/25. This caused a back up of cars and missed the ferry. More people park here to get on the ferry than go to the actual mall.
There was no attendant on-site.
The number on the ticket machine rang endlessly. This site should be managed/monitored better.
This is a very busy site and should have personnel on site (at least).

Easy to book

Easy to book, pay and be on my way. However, always have the booking confirmation open on your phone to gain entry BEFORE going under the building where there is NO WIFI. A paper print out of entry icon to scan to gain entry will not work so have phone with confirmation open before entering the tunnel to your parking spot.

Very convenient

Very convenient process. Just book on line and scan your QR code and you park. Close to SI Ferry and Fast Ferry. Takes the hassle out of commuting. Great price.

No QR code given after payment

My order did not provide a QR code to use at the Empire Outlet garage. Instead it showed a page that the order could not be found. This could have been bad, except that I called customer service who picked up right away and assured me that as long as I had an order number I would be fine. And that turned out to be true. But the amount of time I had to spend in doubt that my order was complete... super inconvenient. Another issue is congestion upon exit. Took way too long to exit. 2 stars out of five

Awful Software Update and Service

The software appears to have been updated with less convenience and serious bugs. After accepting credit card payment for daily parking at Staten Island's Empire Outlets, the QR Code fails to load locally which means it cannot be displayed in the confirmation email. The result is, there is no image of the parking pass code to scan at the entrance.
When I called to report this issue, I was on hold for over 30 minutes after being transferred to three individuals. The third one refunded my payment and hung up on me. I didn't ask for a refund, I asked for correction of the issue. This all happened on Wednesday, October 23. I tried to reserve daily parking again, today, October 26th, and the same issue repeated itself.

Had to pay twice due to issues with pre-purchased bar code

I prepaid for parking at home and when I opened the email for the scan code, it said no purchase found. As I was in the car on my way to the parking lot, I had to pay for parking twice that day. I called the phone number for help, no answer and the mailbox was full. Poor customer service. Impossible to contact anyone who could help. We deserve better!

Misinformation all around

I paid ahead online but the QR code did not print with the page. The text said I needed a barcode; there never was a barcode which would have printed. I called and waited 2 hours for a return call and was told that all I needed was my license plate number. I arrived and needed the QR code so I had to pay a second time. This may work for people who use it all the time but beware if you are a first time user.

Never got to park

Never got to park. They took our money online but forgot to mention the parking garage would not be accessible due to road closures due to events.

Easy-peasy

The app was very easy to use and the instructions provided were great.
The parking lot was very isolated at 7AM, assumed more people would be parking at rush hour, but it was like a ghost town. Almost didn't feel safe.

It was working well for a while

It was working well for a while, then I wasn't able to make reservations. The app kept saying that the credit card was invalid, which was not true because I saw $0 charges on the credit card use. I reported the issue but there was no follow up. After a few months, I tried again and it worked twice. Then I made a reservation but the QR code wouldn't read. I had to get a ticket and when I leave I had to call for the assistant, get the the instructions what to do, then call and talk with the assistant again at the exit where there were other cars trying to exit. Another several weeks passed and I received an email that the issue was resolved. I am very hesitant to use the parking lot and the Parking.com.
