Very easy to buy online, access with QR code on phone at the gate. Clean parking, nice price. Great! Parking was Empire at Staten Island.

My reservation was actually cancelled and payment refunded due to Staten Island half-Marathon (street closed), therefore I didn't use your service.

However, you sent me a notification ahead of time so that I was able to plan accordingly.

Parking is in a great location. Short distance to the baseball field, ferry, and outlet.

I had my parking until 8 pm I went thru at 8:10 and was charged another $5.00
I was in the lot trying to leave. That is why I past 8pm but the parking attendant did not was to hear that. I understand that if you go past your time you will be charged. But if you are late due to congestion in the parking lot that should be considered.

I paid for parking ahead of time and when I was ready to leave, it made me pay $5 again.
I could not scan the ticket that it gave me. Told me I had a balance of $5

I purchased my ticket online and couldn't get through the gate. It would not read my phone which I had on the brightest light setting. I had to get a ticket and pay again at the exit. Not happy at all.

The QR code never worked. I ended up paying for parking anyway on top of what I already paid Parking.com. BUT, Parking.com was very helpful in responding to my issue and refunding my money. I would still use them again in the future.

Getting the parking space on the app is easy. Parking at the venue was made easy thanks to Parking.com

Printing the pass was and the receipt was no problem, the trouble I had was entering and leaving the parking lot. Entering I wasn't sure if the paper was scanned properly and given a receipt was didn't say anything. Upon leaving I was told to pay, I talked to someone where I had to give all my info to him and hopefully I won't be charged. Scanning the bar code was no help. Instructions need to be more clear upon entering.

Unable to read the QR Scan when entering and exiting needed to send for help while cars where behind me. Also doors were down, when I was preparing to leave. If not for the security guard I would not have known all I need to do is pull up to the doors for them to open.

I prepaid and printed out my QR code. Machine at entrance would not read code, so I had to get a ticket. Most validation machines inside did not have scanners and the one that did would not credit me with the $25 that I had already paid. I had to pay another $25 to get out.
