I had to resign in multiple times…
I had to resign in multiple times before I could book a spot. Then it asks me to re enter the CVV for my credit card but didn’t provide me with the place to do that. I had to delete the card and enter it again

This is an affordable parking for visiting Manhattan, just take the Ferry. I'd recommend booking, is cheaper and if you go over the time limit, the extra time is kinda cheap too.

The process was super easy
The process was super easy. The garage at Empire Outlets is SO VERY CLEAN and well-lit. The staff are kind and professional. I will certainly be using this service again and encouraging friends to do the same.

Made my parking going to the city super…
Made my parking going to the city super easy. But I am upset that they changed the prices now it’s $25 to park at empire outlets for 10 hours to take the fast ferry from st George to Manhattan. I don’t think I will be using that lot/ferry again.

I made a pre-paid reservation
I made a pre-paid reservation, but there was no internet to show the QR code. I received a ticket and ended up paying again. In addition, I wound up exiting via some ramp that was monitored by a woman who lowered a barrier. This is a nice parking garage otherwise.
