When exiting the parking garage the ticket reader did not recognize that I had already paid for the parking through parking.com so I had to pay $10.00 in order to exit the garage.

Bought the parking reservation online a few days before the event. Went to the parking garage the day of, and despite multiple attempts, the machine did not, would not process the QR code received in my email. Called up customer service and they said it's a known issue. If they know about it, why don't they fix it? QR code never worked and had to buy the parking pass again. So much for the discount. And the wasted money for the reservation. Still looking for the refund after calling customer service again.

I purchased a prepaid ticket through the site. During the day of my stay, I had a print out of the QR code and the QR code on my phone. The booth accepted neither and I had to get a new ticket and pay again. There were no attendants who could help me and the customer service number on the kiosks directed me to the website.

Only a star because it doesn't let you rate 0 or negative. I went on Sunday 4/28/2024. I paid online and when I scan the QR code it printed a ticket and the arm never came up. Called a lot of time with no one answered it. Wasted the $15. No online support or how to issue a refund online. Never use this facility.

I pre-paid for parking and was unable to use as the access to the parking lot and surrounding roads were all closed due to a race, I called and asked for a refund which was approved but I am still waiting over two weeks later for my refund

I used the app to prepay for parking. I could not leave the facility because the QR would not work. I ended up paying $25 in total. The facility overcharged me and made it clear I have to get my money back from the app. Either way it is not fair

I paid for parking at the Empire Outlets in Staten Island the day of the NYRR Staten Island Half Marathon. The parking lot was not accessible because of road closures. I would think that management knew of the road closures and should not have allowed me or anyone else to make a purchase for a reservation. A $10 loss for me.

Easy parking

This garage was easy and convenient. Right next to ball field and near outlets. Can’t ask for a better stop. Prepay online much cheaper than the day of.

First/last time user. Didn't see the time in and time out when making the purchase. Lost my money and had to pay again at the lot. Which was less money.

Only problem I had was there wasn't enough signs direct me to your location from the front you think it's just a store
