Staff responses quickly
Staff are wonderful as they respond to customers request in a timely fashion! I’m a monthly customer parking across street from the Central Library in downtown KCMO. I also parked last Monday once near
14st street and Locust Street. My regular staff helped me with a question — I paid 1.5 hours more before having driven away for long lunch break. And about three hours later I drove back in at 4:25 pm for about 20 minutes. She advised me to put a note on my window which worked perfectly for me!

The ease of paying
The ease of paying, however, thinking $6.85 for one hour of parking is a little high.

Overly expensive pricing
As usual, I couldn't create an account to speed up the process of getting my parking paid for, which has been a problem since I began parking in spots managed by parking.com. I always have to use the the app as a guest. I parked and began the process of registering my car and the app decided that I needed to pay almost $31 for 1 hour of parking time. I realize that there must have been an event at the TMobile center in Kansas city, but I was not attending that event. I was going into the Jackson County Sheriff's office which is across the street. I drove to another parking.com property further away from the center and my destination and got the same price. I don't think I should be charged that much for 1 hour of time, especially if I am not part of whatever event is going on. I wound up parking in a lot about 6 blocks away from the Sheriff's office and almost missed my appointment because I had to walk so far. I lost $33 by not being at work for those 2 hours (including travel time) Why then should I have to pay an additional $31 to park?

Pricing is wonky
I have absolutely no idea how pricing was determined. My first two hours cost $6.95, ok, but then I went to add another half hour and the app said it was going to charge me another $6.95? Then I upped it to one hour and it was still $6.95? I am so confused. It would be good to have the hourly rate somewhere in the app interface along with any changes to the rate depending on the time of day etc., plus any discounts that are being applied so I would know what to expect next time.

My car was robbed in this parking lot during the middle of the day, on a Tuesday when I was inside the T-mobile center taking a health and safety class for my job. Whatever you do, avoid downtown KC parking…there is little security and theft happening everyday.

You have an automated kiosk on your lot it charges seven dollars I’ve been charged $20 and this last time I was charged 30 I work at Sprint Center I’m usually the first one there in that lot everybody else who pays with a card pay seven dollars since I am there so early apparently your kiosk does not work because it says it cannot get authorization and I have been forced to pay $50 to park to go to work where is everybody else has paid 14
