Texting didn't work
Texting didn't work, box to buy parking didn't work either. No confirmation. Still charged $7 to literally walk into Jackson County courthouse and out. Only allow daily rates on parking. What a joke and bs rip off!!!

I thought the price to park for 2 hours was outrageous $30. I just parked at Kansas City International Airport for seven days for $7.50 a day.

Wrong entrance door equals wrong parking lot.
I thought I had parked in a great parking spot, since I'm new to KC. I went up to the door of the building and the doors were for employee entrance only and I needed a mask. I went back to my truck, (this was after paying 13.82). I decided to leave the parking lot but first wanted to find out how to get refund. This location does not give refunds!!!! I ended up trying to find another location and didn't have any luck. So, I left downtown area.

And we got directed to park @ 13th and Grand. Very vague directions and the Attendant at the 13th and Grand location, had no clue what was going on. Pretty poor Customer Service and I will never use your Parking Lots again!

Showed up to park and was told they were full. Lot was half empty but attendant insisted the spots were for VIP parking. Trying to get my money back but haven’t received any response from Parking.com. Basically got scammed.

Well I had to download the new app and…
Well I had to download the new app and that went ok but I couldn’t find a Lot# lost anywhere near me and it wasn’t able to pick up my location. Was very frustrating when someone was waiting on me. They last place who handled it it located me and basically popped up on the screen to show me where I was and gave a lot number directly on the app.
