Scannable QR Code?
Put a Scannable QR Code on the sign in your parking lot. This should enable me to know my exact location without question. The QR code could also load the needed software to my phone.

Awful, nope change that... great
Awful. I followed the instruction, Paid six bucks and come out an hour later to a $47 parking ticket! Tried to call and filed report online and got a response about contacting me with 48 business hours.
EDIT: JD Besares, senior manager, responded the following Monday. He he very politely and tactfully explained the error was mine. I had confused an O with a zero on my plate. He even let me save face by saying the new mo license plates can be confusing.
Because if this I’ve changed my one a star rating to a five star.

Sweet app. Easy to use
Near easiest time I had attempting toi park. Downtown KC is not easy finding a parking space. A lot of it is reserved for employees; no parking garages. I was glad that ell phone reception was decent enough in the are to download the app while sat in my truck in the parking spot. Once downloaded, everything was smooth from there on.

They ticket paid customers!
It was difficult to figure out which lot it was due to a couple of parking lots in same location and none of them have a sign posted or their address posted. I parked there everyday this week for work and today I find a ticket on my windshield when I leave. From SP Parking for a parking violation that totals $94.00. In small print it says that photos of my car are on file and if not paid within 45 days it’ll be turned over to collection agency! Obviously they aren’t reviewing paid customer receipts cuz they would see that I had paid for a spot for all day that morning! I’ll give my daily parking money to another lot!

WAY too difficult to park
WAY too difficult to park! Everyone in the lot was frustrated at how complicated downloading the app, then putting in exact address, make, model of car, then a great deal of personal info. This process took almost 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

You need a kiosk. Downloading the app and manually entering credit card info takes too long. I was late to court!

The process is kind of confusing…
The process is kind of confusing because it's not directly connected to the lot a pulldown. The instructions were clear, but when typing in the lot name, I had to search to ensure that I was in the correct lot. Even with the receipt I was uneasy that I might not receive a ticket or even worse, towed.

Couldn’t have been easier
Couldn’t have been easier. Was able to pick a surface parking lot directly east of the Sprint Center in KC. Saved $14 for the day of parking. Would absolutely use again.
