your customer surport is terrible. I sent 5 emails with still no luck. If anyone does read this I NEED A RETURE AUTH FOR ORDER NUMBER 3726.

Zero update on my order and it's been over a week.

My package arrived totally EMPTY. Nothing but the packing slip in a flat, unopened, envelope. I emailed their team about it and have gotten no response. After waiting a month for it I'm completely confused as to how this happened.

Going on 4 days past delivery date!! Now saying not going to be here for another 4

Everyone was very helpful, but I still haven’t gotten the replacement parts

I ordered and received an email on January 3rd stating that the label was created and shipped.
Expected delivery of January 8.
On January 6th I received another email asking if I would send a picture of the faucet to make sure it’s the correct part.
I was setting at work and had no way or reason to have you verify until I got home around 6pm. Which means it wouldn’t go out until at least the 7th.
On the 8th I explained that I took the hot valve stem to Home Depot and because they didn’t have any like it nor do they carry them. He was considerate enough to help me find it online… from your company. We matched the image with the one in my hand and I ordered it.
Yesterday I received another email stating that you’d go ahead and ship it.

Is it being overnighted for my inconvenience of having to use my shutoff valve in the kitchen so that it doesn’t drip constantly? Which also means that my wife has to crawl under the sink every time she’s working in the kitchen. And… when can I expect it????
This went from a Saturday afternoon fix to a going on two weeks hassle.

The next faucet I purchase will not have Paros products in it.

I gave this two stars. I ordered this on Nov 28. It is now Dec 14th. They sent me a tracking on the 10th and as of today the shipping label is the only thing that has been produced. They haven’t even shipped the product yet.

We chose Parlos for the design look we searched for, it was economical and fit our budget. Packaging was excellent, really the best of all the fixtures manufacturers we've purchased in the past.

Do not honored the delivery time. Communication with customer is very poor.

Great product. Slow shipping but otherwise great!

You canceled my order.
I ordered 2 replacement filters and only got repeated emails to supply information.
I paid a plumber to isolate the problem with volume if flow and he directed me to get a new cartridge.
I attempted to do that and provided Parlos customer information they repeatedly requested. Today I got email that my order was canceled and money refunded. WHY, I was not provided just the cancelation email.

Delivered on time. Well packed and package in tack. Product well packed. This faucet is exceptional. Exceeds my expectation. Nice and sturdy faucet. Easy too install too. I'm telling you this faucet is a great buy. I got it a great price too. Loving how it looks in bathroom.

This company is great! They contacted me about a faucet I ordered as they found blemishes and recommended other alternatives. They were prompt and honest, something that is sometimes difficult to find!
