I placed an order 3 week ago and I have not received the order or any information about the details.

I still have not received the part that I ordered a month ago.

Parlos was the only place that I could find the correct replacement valves for my sink faucet.

The expected delivery date was over a week ago, and I haven't received any correspondence that there was a problem with the order.

Cannot comment on part, ordered 7 days ago. It was supposed to be delivered by Friday, it’s now Monday and nothing. Not even tracking. Thanks for nothing!

Can’t really rate something (1 of 2 parts) I’ve ordered almost a month ago and hasn’t shipped yet. Got tracking info from. Hina that never worked, now been sitting in NY for 3 days at vendor facility.

I received my bathroom faucet in a timely manner. It will look beautiful against my green subway tiles 🥰

Order delivered, but late because it was "lost". I got an email asking if I still wanted it, which I did, and the part I needed finally arrived about 3 weeks after I placed the order. I think the Customer Service team did very well by notifying me of the issue, and I will order from Parlos again as needed.

Shipped much quicker than expected. We were missing part of the shipment but they got that to us even quicker. Thanks!!!

Part did not fit, even though I matched faucet number to it.

I appreciate the delivery of the cartridges but what happened to the replacement handles? I have been asking about them many, many times and no responses.

Disappointed that the hose connectors for our faucet failed after 4 years, but pleased with the fact that Parlos stocked them and shipped a replacement promptly

I like the 2 bathroom faucets. However, a few months went by and the interior of the tailpiece assemblies turned black as though the copper/brass coating erroded away.

I contacted customer service reporting the problem, but they haven't responded back with an offer of replacements. I can understand this IF the faucets were a few years beyond warranty. But, within a few months of purchase? Not acceptible.

Great product delivered well packed on time!

Extensive time delay between ordering and actual shipping. The use of the "Shop app" is of no use for tracking shipment

The feel of the handles are heavy, well made and pleasing to the eye! The bars are very well made.
Purchase it!

For the past 3 months I've been going back and forth with customer service regarding my bathroom faucet, where problems with the cartridge, gold finish and stoppers. Lots of emails with no resolution or company taking responsibility for inferior quality. Parts and function of a faucet should last well beyond 3 years, when I purchased it online

Previous ownership

They were very communicative, the faucets arrived when they had indicated they would. The quality of the faucets were beyond my expectations.
