Good Product & Good Price
very well made. However, had to find a video on how to do the install as no instructions are included. Once I did that the install was very straight forward and relatively easy. Would buy this again if needed.

Defective Product- Peeling Paint
We moved into our home in December of 2022 , the bathroom had been updated and a Parlos Black Sink Faucet was installed. The black finish has now peeled off of the drain cover. They only offer a 30 day warranty, so I will have to replace.

I cannot order this product on Amazon. It wasn’t deliverable to my address so I had to order from your website and the item was perfect. Very good quality and it came fast.

True to their word.
We ordered 2 sink faucets and one bathtub faucet. We got an email right away telling us the bathtub faucet was out of stock and was asked if I could wait. I replied yes but was able to find the same item from a different vendor. Upon contacting the Parlos rep we were told the items were already on order and they could not issue a refund for the bathtub faucet until the rest of the order was shipped. Once the remaining order was shipped they immediately refunded the cost of the out of stock faucet just as they said they would.

A well-made and affordable faucet
I found the Parlos faucet to be very well made, stylish and it fit perfectly with the updated look I was going for in my bathroom. Price was a big factor in my decision to go with Parlos because I would need 2 faucets and the price I purchased them for was a steal. Very happy with the product!

Do NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Installed four new faucets 18 months ago. Two stopped working within the same month, been going back and forth with plumbing company assigned by warranty company. Parlos, you can’t call them, no working phone numbers. Customer service out of country. Assigned to Sam in customer service, supposedly with located here. Offered us new pop up. Pop up not issue, faucets are. He has not responded in six days. Nothing.

Faucet still leaks after new cartridge
Faucet still leaks after replacing with new cartridges, need to buy a new faucet as these don't seem to be repairable after they begin to leak.
