Don't buy ANYTHING from this company. They suck.
I placed an order on April 15, 2024. It is now May 7, 2024 and I'm STILL waiting for my part to arrive. Parlos' website never said anything about the part being shipped from China, and now it has been sitting a warehouse in California since April 25th. I emailed Parlos about this and no one bothered to get back with me about my order. If I have to replace a part again I'm going just buy a new faucet from Moen, but I won't ever buy anything from Parlos again.

Replacement part a problem
I keep saying I don't have the exact purchase date as I purchased the faucet sometime in 2022 through Wayfair. I've sent the model # with a picture of a full faucet set of an unopened box. I had to replace this part on a recently installed faucet when it malfunctioned. I'm holding up my project

Poor communication.
Not only did I receive the wrong item,but they sent two. I let them know of the mistake. They wanted picture of the item which I did. That was 4 days ago and l haven't heard back.

Defective item
One of the hoses blew off the barbed fitting as soon I turned the water on. Luckily I ordered two in the first place. I sent an email asking for a replacement and still haven’t heard back and it’s been over a week.
