I bought 109493 air dryer filter for my truck, and everything is fine, fast delivery, I will contact you again in the future.

They had the fuel pump I needed. Shipped it out quickly. The fuel pump worked right away, looks like good quality.
The only downside is that they used UPS, and the brokerage fees with UPS have always been high.

I bought a ABS module on a Saturday. it took a couple of days for the processing, but it arrived via UPS on a Thursday. Was in the vehicle on Friday afternoon and with a little rewriting a Launch OBD, the truck is doing great! The part was in great condition and the packaging was exceptional!

part was in stock and shipped in a reasonable time. I ordered a few days before Christmas, so that might have delayed shipping, but still had the correct part in under a week.

This is a fraudulent and unreliable website. I bought a refrigerator compressor from them, thinking my refrigerator's compressor was broken. However, the repairman later discovered that my refrigerator only had a broken freon pipe, which could be repaired by welding, and didn't need a replacement. I immediately wrote to them requesting a return, and they agreed, but first they emailed me and told me to print a return label. I checked my email but only found the email, not the return label. At that point, I had a feeling they would cheat me out of my money... I emailed and called them many times, and finally they sent me the return label, which I printed and used to return the item. After they saw the tracking information showing I had returned the item, they quickly deleted the return label to erase evidence of my return (but I had already taken screenshots). After they received the returned item, I called them many times, but they stopped answering the phone and didn't reply to my emails. I asked my credit card company to intervene, but they claimed I returned a different item than the one they sold me and kept my money. I hadn't opened the box they sent me because I didn't need it, so I don't know the quality of the product. But I think, given their business practices, the goods they sent me were probably of poor quality. Everyone should be careful when dealing with this company. $379.00 isn't a huge amount, but it's a matter of business.

Thank you for securely shipping the part I ordered in a timely fashion. It arrived undamaged and as advertised. I had my mechanic install it today and it seems to be working as expected. Thanks again. Happy New Year.

Ordered a product a week ago. Got a tracking link but the product still hasn't been shipped and no response from phone or email.

The part was correct but very little correspondence about time of delivery or shipping ?

They are great at answering the phone and helping to get your order placed and with shipping options.

Wrong part,won't fit difficult to talk about returns

I ordered a part that showed shipped on Oct 27th and I called this morning and it still had not shipped. I can let you know more if and when I get it. I did receive the part and it did work. BUT it was either used or remanufactured because a VIN was already programmed in it so we ha to rewrite it. If these were available anywhere new I would have ordered that instead. It did not say it was used or a reman in the description.

The part you sent us was a dud. Upon request for another replacement, your company wanted to charge $200 more for a different one, despite the fact we paid to have the one that was sent the first time to be programmed to the car. That money we cannot get back in the event of a failed part.

I went months looking for new or used part to make my adaptive cruise, anti-lock brakes, variable power steering, and more working. Part is not manufactured any more. Parts Finder Q found me one. I am giddy.
