Never received items. No refund until items received??????

Scam! avoid! My items never arrived, I unfortunately only saw the bad reviews after I ordered but at least I was able to buy from elsewhere and my sons party wasn’t completely ruined 😡

Do not buy from this company it is a scam, the order does not arrive and they do not respond.

Absolute scam. Ordered a costume in February from the .ie website. This is not an Irish site and all items are shipping from China. When I enquired about the status of my order that was due to be delivered on March 26th I was told it still hadn't shipped due to courier issues. Avoid at all costs.

Don't order from this fake company. They provided an email with a fake tracking link that doesn't work. The link goes to Royal Mail when it is supposed to be an Irish company. I emailed them and they said they use Primeline as their courier and can't provide a tracking number. The order was supposed to arrive in 5 business days and it ended up taking over a month. It came in some random packaging and when I opened it the product wasn't even the same as the one in the picture. Ridiculous. It also has nothing to do with Party HQ which is an actual Irish store that doesn't have an online website. Stop impersonating as an Irish company and then drop-shipping from somewhere else. The order did not arrive in time for the event I needed for so it was a complete waste of money.

Don’t buy from this website they used to be located in Ireland, they obviously aren’t anymore. I ordered items on 03/02/2025 and they are saying delivery is now 05/03/2025. No indication of extended delivery times on their website, very deceitful and misleading. I am now out of pocket for the items I actually require for a 5 year olds birthday. Bitterly disappointing.

I ordered some bits for my daughter’s 2nd birthday on 9th January. They still have not arrived a month later and her party is long over. Can’t track items - every time I try it keeps telling me my email address/postcode is wrong, even after receiving emails from the company.
Really poor service!!

Do not order online from this company, takes weeks to arrive and not in time for when you need it. Customer service non existant. Just don't bother ordering from them! You don't even get an email confirmation of your order or any tracking info but money of course is taken from account.

paid 8.95 for next day delivery for school event. its day 4 and nothing still. no communication and my emails are being undelivered. no one to talk to about this. so my money is lost and a very disappointed 8 year old on Egyptian day being the only one not in costume. FUMING

Scam! Ordered on the 12th of December for a Christmas present for my daughter. Was told it would be delivered on the 19th of December. Still haven’t received anything and all I got back was a generic email reply from “Katie”. Wish I had never ordered from here. It’s also not an Irish website they’re based in the UK so stay away.

Ordered off this company and now 2 days later my account has been cleaned out? Several strange activities. Wish I read the reviews!!!

Ordered gift bags for Christmas. I was told they were shipped on the 13th Dec. Never arrived. I was told
a refund was in the way. Still no sign of it. Stay away

I would give zero stars if possible, ordered costume 5th Dec, never arrived, they are telling me they sent me a refund on 18th dec. my bank saying there is no refund. This company makes it look as if you are ordering from Ireland but they are UK. I asked for evidence that they have refunded so I can show bank, they keep sending me my order details as their proof 🤷‍♀️ this is a scam and I would definitely not place any orders with them.

Worst place avoid this is the 2nd time my order never arrived and it was a Christmas present for kids they apologized and told me theyd issue a refund 2 weeks later still waiting on my refund joke absolute joke of a place

Stay as far away from this store as possible!!! My order was not delivered on time and most likely would not have been delivered at all. When I requested a refund since all reasonable deadlines had passed, I was offered to wait for the order to be delivered, not to accept the order, and when the order returned, then they would make a refund.This looks like a scam and fraud, since it is unknown how long you will have to wait!!!I still managed to get my money back, the order was never delivered. Remember that you can always contact the *Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC)* and also write a statement to the *Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB)* if you have suffered from the dishonest actions of the seller.

If I could give no stars I would! Total scam! My order was expected Dec 18th, the reason I ordered it, and as of today still not dispatched! Can't get a response from customer service!! Avoid them!

Awful service that seem like it’s shipping from Ireland but not. Ordered on 3rd December for school event. Still nothing delivered. Luckily the costume shop is excellent and next day delivery saved the day. Awful deceitful useless company. Avoid at all costs

No tracking provided for delivery. Took a week to receive a response to an email about an order that was a week late at the time of email being sent. Really bad customer service.
