I’d give lesser that one star if I could. Placed an order for daughters school
Christmas play. Tracking didn’t work. Eventually got a reply but it was of zero help to the situation. Told to refuse the delivery if I want a refund but as I’ve no tracking it’s highly likely I’ll miss the delivery. Calling the bank to cancel the payment. Disgusting operations, people’s good hard earned money. Using a .ie website for a company based in Manchester. Con artists. Never ever again. Steer clear

I express my disappointment regarding the delayed delivery of my recent order (Order Number: PDR4001394863]

I placed the order on Wednesday, 11th December, and selected a delivery option that guaranteed arrival by Friday, 13th December. This was crucial as I needed the item for an event on Monday, 16th December. However, the item has still not been delivered and is not due to arrive today either !?

This delay has caused inconvenience and has rendered the timely delivery service I paid for pointless. As a result, I kindly requested a refund of the delivery fee as the service promised was not fulfilled.

I will update this once item is delivered.

I ordered early November, received tracking for DPD, when it didn’t arrive by nov 29th I started tracking and the tracking no wasn’t working. I was panicking as this item I ordered was on a Santa list!!!!! I then decided to look at reviews and my heart sank!!! I came to terms that it wasn’t going to arrive but yesterday the 11/12 it arrived!!!! So to say Iam delighted is an understatement but most definitely won’t be ordering again… I was going to give it 1star but 2 is more fitting as i actually received the parcel but communication with the company was non existent. BEWARE!!!!

One star is generous but there is no option to give any less.
Same as some others, I wish I read the reviews before I’ve ordered anything in the website. It’s a complete scam.
The costume I’ve ordered has never arrived. My money not returned. The link to royal mail tracking isn’t working.
I would stay away from them.

I would not even recommend this company. Do NOT order from them. I ordered decorations for my sister’s 40th birthday celebrations and I’m still waiting for them to arrive 5 weeks later and they are needed for this weekend. Their customer service is disgraceful. I’m out my money. They are a scam!!!

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered decorations back In June and paid for priority delivery. They didn't arrive on time and after emailing customer service, the lady told me they were having issues with the courier company and refunded my payment for priority delivery. She told me that I can refuse delivery when they do arrive and a full refund will be issued. I went ahead and bought the decorations in their store in Liffey Valley and when I asked In-store about it they told me they have nothing got to do with the online store. My order was still processed and they attempted delivery on the 20th of August but I wasn't in so it sat in the depot and was returned to them on the 30th of August. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and still haven't heard back. I thought with them having a physical store that they were a legit company but after reading these reviews I'm beginning to think they're not.

AVOID!!! This is the biggest SCAM of a website ever , If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a costume for my 7 year olds Christmas play on November 10th as of today no costume . Got some tall tale of an email basically saying that prime line was the courier not DPD as stated on their “Irish” website which happens to be in Manchester & there was no tracking number as of yet !!!!
There’s only one word for this company & it’s thief's they take your money & no goods given in return .
Please do not use this site there are lots of others available…

This site is a scam. I ordered a costume for my daughters nativity play which never arrived. The order number they provided does not exist on the distributor tracker. I have mailed them 3 times with no response. Do not use this site!!

Same experience as all other responses here. Tracking number doesn't exist, No response to emails and no Christmas outfit for my daughters school play.
The worst thing is that they send updates on the order so you don't realise its a scam until its too late to get another costume elsewhere.

Terrible scam site, ordered a costume that never arrived. They send a generic reply when you email them and the there is no contact number on the site and they don’t respond to any subsequent emails.

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordering costumes for kids Christmas plays and been left with upset children because their Costumes have not come. It's basically stealing people's money.

As with everyone else I wish I had read the reviews. Order cosyume weeks ago for a nativity play. Shipped with a guarantee delivery of one week ago - still no parcel. Tracking links do not work. No phone number for customer service. Email is experiencing high volumes dur to black friday so no reply there. This is a UK based not an Irish based company. Don't sell in the Irish market if you can't guarantee delivery.

Never again will I order from them. The hight of Ignorance from them when I emailed them as my package was never arrived and I ordered on the 6th of November and no1 had the manners to email me back. Scamming parasite is all they are!! I’ve emailed for. Refund and I’m going to hound them untill they have the manners to respond

AVOID!!!! I would give less than one if it was possible. I ordered over three weeks in advance for a very special birthday party. Received delivery date of two weeks before party. Nothing arrived. Wrote to them was told not with courier I was informed of but with another courier but they have no tracking number to give me and I can’t cancel order. They told me just refuse it when it comes. An absolute disgrace given they sell party items which would obviously be for a specific date. AVOID!!!!

Ordered nativity costumes for school play.

I assumed PartyDelight.ie was based in Ireland, it’s not they’re based in Manchester, if you can believe that much.

Got a message to say my order was shipped, but tracking number doesn’t work. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since then and no sign of the costumes.

Edit: costumes arrived on the 12th December, almost a month after order. So not a scam in my case but I definitely wouldn’t recommend using them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Ordered 12 days ago costumes supposed to arrive in 3 days ….No tracking number , took 3 for customer service manager to reply to email , she asked me to confirm shipping details which I did That was 3 days ago…. Asked for costumes to be resent or refund me…radio silence from party delights.

The costumes were for both my daughter’s Christmas play . I see today they have further reduced costumes, don’t bother ordering they are beyond disgraceful .

Exact same situation, made an order, due to arrive 1. 5 weeks ago , still not here. Contacted them by email which took 4 days for them to respond asking for my address (which they have on file) 2 days later still waiting on response after I’ve mailed several times!!! Never will i purchase here again

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Tracking links do not work. Delivery was due a week ago and still has not arrived and is now not required. Have had to request a full refund and remind them of cooling off periods as they have advised me to refuse delivery before they will issue a refund which is not an acceptable solution.
