Zero stars, ordered 2 weeks ago for 2 day delivery, still no sign of package. Untrustworthy site, avoid!!!!!!!

Don't even deserve the one star. Paid for next day delivery 4 days ago!! No update on tracking no response from email. Obviously wanted it for Halloween. Absolutely pointless business. Avoid!!

Once again I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. No customer service no response from any emails listed. Joke

Parcel never turned up appalling customer service can’t even get hold of the company have emailed no reply no contact number !

Ordered on this website because they give 'fast' '2-day' delivery. I think the parcel arrived a month after the birthday so around 5 weeks after I placed the order. I contacted customer service and never got a response. I think it's a scam website.

Ordered arrived in time and the pinata was surprisingly good. Ordered in December 2022 from my husband card. Recently discovered that I signed up for a 15euro monthly subscription with completesavings.ie just ticking a box at the checkout section on party delights.ie website.
Please avoid this website and be careful what boxes you tick

Where can this website be reported to? Surely if this is a scam it should be shut down? Absolute disgrace that this website has not been shut down

Same as all comments below ordered childs costume on 14th of Sept.....still no confirmation email but money was taken from my account. Emailed customer service over a week ago and no response. Contacted store on social media, they replied.... but unfortunately have nothing to do with online orders. Never again

Shocking, no confirmation email, took my money from my account and did not deliver or reply to the 3 emails i have sent to the customer service email. Its a complete scam.
no satisfaction from the shops either i rang both the Cork and Dublin shop and was told its not their problem which isnt an acceptable response in my opinion when their is no other number or point of contact.

Avoid! Said my first attempt to pay crashed so I re did the order stupidly. Two transactions taken from my account. No confirmation email, no reply from customer service, no orders delivered.
I contacted my bank and am hoping to get my money back. I rang the physical shop in Dublin and although the lady was pleasant, she said it has nothing to do with them.

Really shocking service. the wrong items delivered and no responses despite me trying to contact their instagram, phone and emails. Avoid at all costs. Also no record emailed to me after my purchase! Really frustrating.

I read all the reviews AFTER I placed an order and freaked out that I would be scammed. It was too late as I'd paid so expected the worst but sure enough my kids halloween outfit arrived less than a week later, exactly as described, decent quality for the price. Very pleasantly surprised, j couldn't fault it.

Placed my order on the 2nd of August, no confirmation email, no delivery, no reply to any email, oh but took my money and had the neck to send me an email stating what i ordered and to review them, i should have read reviews before hand, seem like it’s a common problem, take the money but no products are received, so avoid, go to Amazon instead.

Scam scam scam read all the other comments, same story. Ordered, paid, received nothing, no refund. Physical Irish stores zero help. AVOID.

Website down, items ordered that never came. No contact now that the website is down. Also to note that the items were paid for twice as the payment crashed the first time and upon the 2nd attempt, both attempts went through. Now can't claim any money back except for dispute through PayPal.

Update 16th August: Guess what arrived at my door today, my order. I accepted it as a reviewer below said they didn't accept it for a refund and didn't get one get a refund so was left without items and out of pocket. They only sent it 3 days ago according to sticker on the box. Leaving my review up because they have disgraceful customer service and terrible business practices. Do not order from this website.

Original review: Non existent customer service. I've already reported to Trading standards so a little too late to appease me by sending my order. Please report them to trading standards UK and Ireland. If everybody who has been scammed reports this disgusting company, they will take action.Scammed like everybody else. I have reported to the Consumer Body (Ccpc) and I am taking them to the smalls claims court. They have been scamming people the whole year it seems. I'm certainly not letting them get away with it.

EDIT: I rang AIB about a chargeback. You need to wait 15 days until the order was placed to request the chargeback. Screenshot all evidence off correspondence with the non existent customer service and the bank should hopefully get your money back. Good luck guys.

Less than one star. Took my money, didn't send package until after the child's birthday despite paying extra for swift post. I didn't accept package from postman as directed by customer service agent, so package was returned to them.

I was refunded for the express post at that point. Have been completely ignored since despite numerous emails. If you are thinking of ordering from them, instead throw some of your money into your fire and burn it, you will have more satisfaction.

My advice to anyone that is in the same boat is to contact your bank asap and ask them to reverse the charge. Send them a copy of the invoice and all correspondence you have sent to the company. Do this quickly as there is a time limit after which the bank will not process your claim.

Still waiting for delivery of order placed over three weeks ago. No response to any of my emails to customer care. Do not order from this site.

By way of update to the public. I received this email from Party Delights.
I responded immediately and still have not had any response. Surely email demons don’t mean you cannot process a postal refund. Warning. Don’t order from them. I have returned an item and they have not refunded me, like so many others on Facebook etc. I wish I had looked at their history before ordering from them.

We have been dealing with a large amount of system demons that have made it impossible to even open your message. The whole team has been working tirelessly to get this working again, unfortunately this hasn't been possible.
