Never received my order and never had any reply to my numerous attempts to make contact with customer service. It’s a scam,

Same issues as other reviews below. Ordered items, delivery due 31st July. Tracking information required but shows only parcel data given, no physical parcel. Emailed customer services with no reply. Do not use this company.

Item not sent, same as the others here. Don't order. I am now initiating a case with my bank to open a case for a refund. Parcel not handed over and kept money. It appears to be a SCAM.

Not an Irish company despite the .ie addesss. Advertised false delivery dates then sent email as if goods had been sent and were on track for the advertised delivery date however they didn't arrive and when I checked with an post they said the company had only sent a notification that goods were due to arrive but the physical parcel was never handed over to them. 5 days after delivery date promised and 2 days away from the party and there is no response from party delights despite an email I sent them several days ago. I have had to order from Amazon who will thankfully deliver on time for the party and spend another 60 euro. Absolute scam and complete waste of money

Suspecting this is at BEST a rubbish company, and at worst a scam. Took my money but now not responding to any messages and status of my order is unclear

Do not order anything from partydelights.ie website.Its not based in ireland, it’s Manchester.
Items do not arrived on or near the estimated delivery date.
Company should be investigated.
I ordered a customized Banner for my Mums 80th for 29th of June 2024, estimated delivery date for item was the 24th.Item hasn’t arrived.
Birthday party is over, I say I’ll be lucky to get item by her next Birthday.
Phone number for party delights in Manchester is just an answer machine.
If you don’t want to be disappointed,do not order anything from them

I do wish I could leave zero stars. Honestly the shop itself is great, but I do believe the website is a scam, products don't arrive on time, there is no customer service whatsoever and no one to help. I spent close to €100 for items on the 19th of June, was told "Your order has been sent out from our warehouse and is currently making its way to you. Expected Delivery Date 25th June, 2024" It is now the 27th, and the team at Call-8 logistics have said "I have looked into the details on your parcel, unfortunately we have not received this from the retailer.". It's a bit shoddy to be honest, robbing people like this. Also think it's a bit miserable of them to market themselves as an Irish company but they're based in the UK? Can confirm that they're the worst company ever. Do not order from them, waste of time & money.

Order 2 costumes paid extra for express delivery.Arrived late so I missed the occasion and wanted to return them.No return service, eventually they launched a return service and agreed that I could return them but months later has not refunded my money and doesn't answer emails.Scam website

Ordered from this UK business that appears as irish. Item never came and fraud now on my account Avoid !!!

Bought a Christmas elf costume for my little boy for Montessori Christmas show. Paid extra for express delivery and it arrived after the estimated date for the standard delivery which was too late. Costume was of poor quality and too big. Tried to return it but they say on the website their returns option is being updated and to check back again soon. This is the same message I have been getting since December when I bought the costume. Sent an email to customer services and never got a reply. Also it turns out this isn’t even an Irish company. I was misled by the .ie website.

Ordered March 1st and order still not even posted. Reached out to Facebook who don't deal with the online side and gave me a UK number to contact. Very bad service

I made an order Saturday 2nd March. I received an order number and message stating an email with delivery details and tracking link would be sent shortly. Today is Monday 4th and still I have no delivery information. I’ve sent an email to customer services, still awaiting a response. After checking trustpilot after making an order, obviously I wish I had checked this website out beforehand as I definitely would not have used partydelights.ie the reviews are very worrying. After looking at partydelights website in more detail, they claim that order details can only be changed within 30 mins of placing order, but funnily enough, there is no contact telephone number. They also claim that if an order is made at the weekend, the order is sent out for delivery on the Monday, well as yet I’m still awaiting my delivery information. Do Not Use This Website, I feel I’ve been scammed.

Very rude, unhelpful staff, zero customer service skills (Ava). Most items on shop floor unpriced. Also items scanning at higher price than labelled.
Way overpriced too (will find the same cheaper if you google). See google reviews for similar experiences.

DON'T BUY THERE. Just bought something because it looked it was from Ireland, hugeeee mistake. Delivery is taking ages it looks like it's coming from China. Regretting a lot!

Worst customer service policies I have ever experienced. My first ever 1star review. Equally as helpful as stepping into a pile of poop. Avoid at all costs would be my honest to goodness advice.

Do not buy from this website. Delivery takes forever even if you pay extra. Customer service is terrible. Don’t do it.

This Website, Formerly PartyCity.ie up to the end of 2022 (look up its bad reviews), Makes it look like its an Irish company in Liffey Valley. Its Not. Its a UK company and it ships its products from outside the EU. It hides this information on its website.

Delays with Customs are outside of their control.

If you want to return or exchange an item you have to ship it back to the UK at your own cost. Which means its more expensive to return the item than it was to buy it.

It's dishonest that they hide that they are not an Irish company and not based in Ireland. And that you cannot find any information on their site that any returns would have to be shipped outside of the EU at your own cost.
