I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Hoping this review can save someone else from the same anguish with this scam website.

I ordered an item (a costume for my baby, for Halloween) back on the 26/10/24. I have not received my item since. I emailed the company on 31/10/24, with NO RESPONSE from them at all. They immediately took money from my account after "purchase". This isn't purchasing, due to no exchange of items for money, it is theft. No phone contact is provided.

The only costume this company will provide you is the one they wear when pretending to be a legitimate Irish company (they have an address in Manchester).

I am going to look into reporting this company for fraudulent services, as mentioned below.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a costume for my child before Halloween, added express delivery. To date I have not received a shipping confirmation and Party Delights claim that the courier Coll8 have collected the parcel but when I query them they have no parcel history matching my information. I've now requested a refund twice and last communication from Party Delights say I can request one once my parcel is received. Have worked and managed customer services for many years and never come across a more shockingly poor service.

AVOID!!!!! Placed an order 24th Oct for Halloween, said it would be delivered by 31st Oct… haven’t received the parcel, have emailed twice for a refund and no reply? It’s not good enough.

Ordered halloween costume for my 2 year old. It was very tight so decided to return it on 25th Sept and order same costume In a bigger size. Bigger size costume came in time for halloween but I'm still waiting on my refund for the original order and its now 21st Nov. Avoid this company if you can.

I've emailed and dm on Facebook, I'm still waiting my order over 2 weeks ago and no response. Yet they took the money out of my account. Tracking number doesn't work

I bought 2 costumes for 2 of my kids for Halloween on Oct 24th, expected delivery 31st Oct. Safe to say they did not come.. had I checked here first (like I normally do!) I would of known that would happen! I got an email later that day to say it was gone from their warehouse with a tracking ID. This was never updated from Oct 24th. I emailed Oct 31st, followed up again on Nov 4th after no reply. I eventually got an email on Nov 6th and eventually today (Nov 18th) I got a refund. A total of 13 emails, 3 from partydelights - 1 of which was declaring the refund.

They used Coll8 as their courier, I contacted them initially (Nov 4th) and they said they never received it. I contacted again (Nov 18th) and they said they had the parcel but were awaiting the correct documentation to get the parcel through customs and to follow up with Party Delights.

Avoid, and if you haven't keep emailing to get your refund!!!!!

Ordered balloons on 4th November 2024, company promises fast delivery service ...2 days.....today 16th November still haven't received my order and all my emails are nit being answered, very very disappointed

I would give zero if possible. Ordered a Halloween costume and paid express delivery just to make sure it arrived ontime. Expected delivery was Oct 29th and still nothing has arrived. Have sent 5 emails with no response. Never again!

Appalling service. Ordered items by express delivery to arrive by 31st Oct and received nothing! I had got no notifications prior and was suspicious something was amiss. It is now the 13th of October and still no items (which I don't have need of now as they were for Halloween). Customer service eventually got back and blamed a company called Coll8 which I presume is a delivery service. They told me if I wanted to return the items,to print off a return label,which I tried to do and it doesn't work! And this is only if I get the items! I've spent over 75euro. It is an awful service and I would AVOID with a capital A at all costs.

If I could select zero stars I would . This has to be a scam. Order never arrived. Over 60euro taken from my account .. no answer from customer service. Unable to contact the company at all. Do not order from them. Like many others wish I read the review before I ordered

Scam site. Ordered on Oct 25th for Halloween and it was dispatched same day but no update on tracking since and I have tried contacting the company to no avail. Will be looking for a chargeback. Avoid at all costs.

Paid for the fast 2 day shipping items meant to be here on the 30th of October hasn't arrived contacted customer support no support just an automated response heard nothing back contacted coll8 and an post they haven't even received the package from them. I wish I read the reviews on here before ordering complete waste of time and money

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM. I placed my order on October 27th and paid extra for fast delivery. Still no sign of delivery. Have emailed numerous times and contacted them through social media with no response. They have taken my money and not sent the product. From reading other reviews it looks like this is a common theme.

Should have checked these reviews before ordering. Paid for fast shipping (2 days) on 23rd October and as of 2nd November the parcel hasn’t even been shipped. Tried contacting through various channels and no response whatsoever.

Order was meant to be here on the 30th Oct with express! Now 1st of Nov, still no package or any response to my numerous emails from them!
The courier col-8 and An post have confirmed they have never received the order.

Do not order from them!! Took my money, didn’t get confirmation email and no sign of package or response to my chaser…. Zero stars, Untrustworthy, avoid!!!
