I have been dealing with Sara Kyffin, seemingly very nice, however the week before my case she left on annual leave. They put in a replacement named Fayez Nadem who made so many mistakes when presenting my case leading to the maximum penalty being put in place.

Since then, they have taken my money to appeal the decision and Sara is now on holiday again meaning we may have missed the appeal date but I have not been contacted.

From my experience I would avoid using this company.

Karen Parsons was brilliant helping me deal with a single justice procedure case. I had a driving speeding offence and needed some advice before pleading guilty.
