Amelia was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. She was on time for the showing, answered our questions and was very gracious at showing us around. She was knowledgable about the house and the area. This was seriously the best experience I have had with a real estate agent that I can remember.

All the staff at Paul Meakin were always helpful during the months when we were selling our property and buying a new build home. If I left a message for a particular staff member my call would be returned promptly or dealt with by someone else. Nothing was too much trouble. When our buyer pulled out another buyer was found very quickly so that we didn't lose our purchase. We felt supported all through the buying and selling procedures. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services in the property market.

Throughout our tenancy overseen by Paul Meakin Estate Agents we were guided through it by Aimee Taylor. We found her very personable, honest and forthright. Although there was a boiler problem initially, she dealt with this with alacrity and brought it to a satisfactory conclusion.
Owing to problems with our chain of purchase, we had to ask for two extensions to our tenancy. Aimee was always ready to negotiate on our behalf and was very helpful in this regard and was prompt in replying to our other queries.
