Ordered my bike Wednesday night and it was delivered to me on Friday morning with a personal note wishing me a good weekend ride😁… The bike was packed very well too.

Exceptional service and support from beginning to end. Ordered online and asked some questions in the evening via email and they responded before 9am the following day. Several emails back and forth and a bike was ordered within an hour of the first email thanks to their prompt, and super friendly responses. When the bike arrived they even put in a little handwritten thankyou note for ordering the bike which made it feel even more personal. Incredible experience!

Didn’t expect to build the bike when it arrived…this really should be made explicit to customers. Then had to pay to have it built by someone…

I needed a quick fix on my tubeless tyre as I was about to start the Rebellion way that afternoon. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem, removed all the old tape and replaced the tape with speed and skill. Thank you Pauls Cycles, it’s lovely to find such a helpful bike shop. Just a shame I live 2.5 hrs away!

Ordered a new bike, was delivered the next working day (Friday order / Monday delivery). Packaged exactly as shown on the video and assembly video worked a treat.

I recently had to use the warranty support portal at Paul’s Cycles, and I couldn't be more impressed with how straightforward the whole process was. Dealing with potential warranty issues can usually be a massive headache, but their online portal is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate.
A special shout-out to Adam, who guided me through the entire process. He was fantastic to deal with and made sure I got exactly the result I wanted.
This experience just backed up how great they were from the very start. The initial purchase of the bike was incredibly smooth, and I managed to get a brilliant deal on it too. It is rare to find a company that pairs competitive pricing with genuinely brilliant, ongoing customer service.
