Why 3 Stars instead of 5 Stars
Dealing 1 to 1 on the phone was great. Before ordering I rang the Paul's Menswear. I spoke with a very knowledgeable female staff member who was nothing short of excellent in her advice regarding a pair of Gant sneakers I was intending to buy. I asked re Paul's Menswear delivery carrier. This was just as important to me as buying the sneakers. The staff member put the sneakers to one side for me and I went online and completed my order.
The item arrived within 2 days. All good. I had specified when placing the order where to leave the item at my house if I was not home.
I came home to find the item in my porch. Totally not where I specified. And for that I'm sorry it's only a 3 Star review. It had been a 5 Star review I intending giving of requested up to the courier delivery point.
