One of the items on order was not available in the size (XL) ordered.
I received a phone call from a very nice lady advising me that size L was in stock and as the size ran big on this particular item, it might be option as an alternative.
I agreed to take L size and the advice as absolutely correct.
Excellent customer service and proactive thinking, so many thanks for that.
Not the first time I have used Paul’s Menswear online facility and on each occasion it been a positive experience.

Excellent customer service
Ordered online, one item was not available so a Lady phoned to say there was a shade darker in the item and asked if she should include this instead. Items arrived, fab quality and very fast delivery. Excellent customer service.
