I wouldn’t even give them a star I ordered one of these bits long time ago they took it out of my bank of course but never seen the bed please if you’re planning on order this Bed don’t you won’t get your money and you won’t get your bed believe me I’m not a good company I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I bought

Have not replied back to purchase order status. It's been a month and no tracking # or delivery.

On 4/23/22 these guys were advertising heavily on Twitter with many happy reviews, for anti-anxiety, calming dog beds for only $19.99 apiece. I ordered an XL size in apricot for my dog, and my money was instantly taken. In a day or so, I got an email that my order PAW-6J2GU46RBI6k was shipped. I have tried tracking it but my order#"cannot be found", so I've emailed them (since there is no phone#) with zero replies. This is an awful scam, beware of PAW Academy USA! I have filed a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the BBB.

I was excited to order two large Anti-Anxiety Super Calming Dog Beds, but now I cannot seem to get any update if they've been shipped, on back order, shipping delays???? There is no toll-free number, and the only way to contact this company is via a "support" email that no one seems to be monitoring.
I've been billed on AMEX already, and will wait to see if items comes before I dispute for non delivery. Basically, I'm hoping for an update and delivery date.
I don't think that is too much to ask for.

I would not buy from this company. They took money out of my bank account and telling me they don’t have a record well I do. Then you send me a bed I can’t even use so my first post was right y’all are thief’s take the money then send crap cause you claim I was not charged lying people I sent you the proof were I was charged you don’t want the bed back cause you know your lying

If I could rate -0 I would. I placed my order almost a month ago, they withdrew the full payment of course asap but to date no product even though they said it was shipped via usps and when you use their contact us email it goes nowhere except to noreply. Total scammers. Don't believe anything they say. The tracking link they provided also stated unable to find the tracking number or order number as well when you enter the full number given starting with PAW. They are lying straight out. They will be reported to proper authorities. NOTIFY everyone you know not to order from this company!!!

Purchased dog bed in February and still waiting. Got shipping information then later told no recollection of what the tracking number was. My money was taken. I will never refer them nor will I purchase anything from them again.

I have ordered a calming bed two weeks ago and no tracking number given, even though email mentioned that it had shipped. I have requested for a tracking number a week ago and still no reply. I have decided to send another email to cancel the order and request for a refund. Never order from Paw Academy, it is a scam. I am going to reverse and dispute the charge from my credit card, if they do not reply within the next two days.

Same as others. I usually go through reviews and I didn't even notice you could I comment or the people that did weren't real people. Lost $40.00. Will dispute on my credit card. No reply from email.

this company emailed me a shipping notice after they found my order and email on their own, and said the package was sent. I will update if I actually get it.

Oy. No WONDER they don't allow any comments on their Twitter ads pages! I wish I had thought to check here before I placed my order for two dog beds with them!

I have tried contacting them a few times and cannot get an answer from them. They claim to be here in the U.S., but I have a horrible suspicion this is yet another scam from China. I wish Insta, FB and Twitter would be more discriminating in who they allow to advertise on their sites. The least they can do is TRY to look out for their unsuspecting users! These people who run these scams are the worst!

I'm going to contact my CC bank and file for a charge back if I don't hear back from this company in the next 24 hours. I'm so sick of the scammers taking advantage of people like this.

Oh...and btw Trust Pilot, that address you send our reviews to Paw Academy, they don't answer it. It's their only email available and it's not manned. No one reads anything going into there I don't think.

Paw Academy...Obviously your record keeping isn't up to par if you cannot even find my order. That excuse has been used way too many times now. I noticed you pasted that same excuse into other recent 1-star reviews of your company here. LOL! VERY bad look, Paw Academy. At least be more original when you respond to these valid complaints of your scammy tactics.

Maybe you can explain your horrid Better Business Bureau rating of 1.37 that goes back a few years? Or your horrid ratings on other review sites going back a few years as well? Your customer service and your delivery follow-through numbers are in the ground. All in the 1's. Hundreds of people complaining of waiting months and months for their dog beds you advertised on Twitter and Instagram only to never get a thing.

I did not hear from you within a reasonable amount of time and I have already filed a dispute with my CC bank.

I also filed a complaint with Twitter as have many other people. When they're allowing people to advertise on their sites, they really need to check those companies' ratings on review sites other than your own where you only allow 5-star reviews you no doubt pad the list with.

If I could give 0 stars I would! NEVER order from this company. Ordered a dog bed over a month ago. Still no bed. Sent tracking number that I can not use. Wverytime I Exeter that number it says it can't be identified. Emailed them 3 times. 1st response was simply "order has been shipped". 2nd response was same as first response, even though I wanted to know why I can't track my number. 3rd response to my 3rd email...nothing!!. This company is HORRIBLE!!!

This is a horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered a dog bed in August 2021. I did get shipping information but shortly after that it stopped tracking. I then got another email with new tracking information but that never showed any updates. They took my money and never sent the dog bed.

Stay away, they took the money and never sent the item. Yes, I have a different name. I have written to you so many times from the email address where the order was placed. To date I have not heard back. Here is the order # PAW-YWQTW3V7JV67 placed on January 12 for $40 USD. I have written numerous times and looked you guys up. You are fraud.

Don’t buy from here! It’s a scam!!! I purchased a dog bed online in July 2021 and never received it. Emailed several times about it and either would not get a response or would get a generic response not even addressing my issue. DON’T BUY FROM PAW ACADEMY!!! ITS A SCAM!!!

Paw academy team is quick to respond to emails and finally found a solution.

Ordered 2 XL dog beds in May 2021 and never got them. There is no 800 # and they don't respond to emails. Got the BBB involved and this company never responded to them either. Got an email over 2 months ago that the items were in the shipping process but the shipping info is bogus ! They still aren't here. I'm sure the reviews for this company are bogus as well !! Don't order from this company ! Go into a store where you can physically see your item.

I wish I couldn't even give it a star. Ordered my item in Sept said shipped in Nov no one will get back to me and I have yet to receive it. Can't even get a refund because no one answers the phones

Ordered a dog bed in August 2021, have received fake shipping info and no product. It's a scam and the good reviews here are likely part of the scam.

There have been several promises to make this right. It's a scam, plan & simple. Big Fat F with the BBB.

Leslie's reply below...just another part of the scam. If it's true about the new ownership, someone did not do their homework before buying this company. I will not be making contact with anyone else, I'm done with it.

It's a SCAM!!! DO NOT purchase from this company!! Placed 2 orders with them in Aug 2021 and it is now Nov 30th and I still have not received my orders!! There is no contact number and you can only contact them via email which they have only responded to 1 of my emails blaming covid for the issue. However their website claims they source there products from within the USA so I should have gotten my orders months ago!! I found the ad for this company while on IG so beware!! I have sent multiple emails with no return response.
