I ordered the large size for my dogs they love when in it snuggle into it asleep

My big doggy only issue it didn’t come with a big of pigs ears (joke)

Ordered kept up to speed with the whole process would definitely recommend to anybody that takes a look

It's a scam. I ordered my dog bed in August, said it shipped the tracking number was fake. Contacted the company they said it was coming and gave a new tracking number which was fake. Still have no bed and they won't respond to the BBB either.

REVISION - I am revising my review because the new owners of Paw Academy reached out to me after all this time to explain what happened. For customer service, I give them an A+ and I'm revising my review to 4 stars based on that alone. I have not ordered anything from them so I can't give a 5 rating, but I'll definitely check them out online. Thanks, Leslie. :)

ORIGINAL REVIEW - DIFFERENT OWNER in AUG 2021: Same situation as so many others. I ordered off an IG ad I think back in August 2021 - despite several emails to them no replies. I ordered through PayPal so I'm going to see if I can get a refund. I should have been suspicious when they charged me up front before shipping. Buyer beware.

The best dog beds for outdoors or rooms where it`s a bit colder or there is draft. Ver sturdy and good quality materials, the sides are high so it keeps the draft away. They are so well made. Our dogs are very happy. Also delivery was fast, I had a few questions regarding which beds are better suited for our dogs so I emailed Paw academy and the gentleman sheidut I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable and helped me decide. I totally recommend.

Ordered 8/19 no bed....emailed them, they sent me an email a WK later saying shipped and my order
on 11/2 was hoping they reshipped it....and over 2wks later now still no bed, emailed again this past Tue no reply....have never gotten a reply....guess company is a scam disputing cc charge do NOT order if you want to get a bed apparently as others have said. I ordered from a fbook sponsored post....I would leave 0 stars if an option as well.

I ordered 2 dog beds in March, received email with tracking number which was fake. I email 9 times to the company, no response. I left two reviews on their site that is FILLED with all these reviews saying they loved them... I'm assuming they are fake. Just this last week (November!) I receive the same email saying my order is being shipped. Same fake tracking number they sent me in March. I'm disgusted at this point.

I just want to thank you!!! Our 🥰sweet🥰 Lazzy rescue loves his bed, it helps him sleep and with his “terrors dreams”. Our boy had been through so much when we rescued him...shotgun in the mug, starved and abused. TBI, one eye, kinda deaf, really messed up snoze/teeth. We have had him nearly a year and he just had his 4th surgery (ct to find out where the shrapnel was, some teeth removed, gum repair and 2 surgeries to close his snoze and clear up the bacteria). My husband bought this bed in February and our pittie-ful money pittie loves it sooooo much. (Also our smallest boy 11pds cuddles with him in it) We have a pack of rescues called the Mongrel Mutt Mafia Four but our butterball Lazzy and tiny G.O.A.T Ocoee adore this bed! Thanks again for what you all do to help all the Doggos everywhere!🥰🥰🥰 Wish I could put pictures/video in here but I don’t know how🤦‍♀️ Again thanks sooo much!!

We have a Giant, it’s super fluffy, have washed it twice (outer covering...we take out the inside stuff). It is awesome!🥰👍🥰👍🥰👍🥰👍

I ordered 2 Giant Pet Beds on 9/26/21. Received an email confirmation and tracking number right away. After almost a month of no tracking updates, no email response from PAW Academy USA ( there's no contact number), I submitted a claim with paypal to get a refund. PayPal contacted PAW Academy USA and received no feedback as well and issued me a refund. Definitely be aware of scam websites that look real...

Ordered dog beds on July 4th...Emailed the company four times; had a tracking number that was working but just last week, it now says tracking number not found. It is 11/7 and I have no dog beds and will be filing this with PayPal. Such a disappointment that companies take advantage of Covid delays to scam people.

We absolutely love paw academy Dog beds. This was the 7th bed we have brought from them. The dogs love them so much. The quality is aways amazing . And I noticed that 3 of my dogs appear in the catalogue too. We always recommend them to everyone who's is in the market for a new dog bed.

I would have given no star but that was no option. I ordered on August 5th and was given updates about the shipping. They said due to covid the delivery times would be longer. Which I do understand. When I checked the status on September 21st it showed it was being shipped from Illinois to California. I live in Kansas. I contacted customer service twice and received both times the same generic email. Luckily I was able to get my money back from my credit card company.

I ordered the wrong size. Customer service was great! Shaidul arranged for a medium to be sent instead and sorted out the refund. Thank you

I had an issue with an order I was trying to place. I contacted the customer service and although the reply times were fairly long they were very thorough and helpful. My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I dealt with someone called Shaidul who was great.

Would recommend any product from this company as you are guaranteed to get a good product at respectable prices and good offers. We have the calming bed for a very hyper 10 month old Sproodle and he loves it. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Will definitely be returning!

Waste of money. Ordered bed didn't receive have sent 3 email with no response.

I ordered two dog beds on August 12. As of today (October 27) I still have NOT received them. I have emailed them and received a generic response about COVID. I have contacted them again for a full refund and have never heard back from them. Do not order from this place.

Order was a little late but was given regular updates.
The bed was absolutely amazing, fantastic quality. My cavachon has never gone near a dog bed in the 4 1/2 years I have had her but she immediately got in to this one and its been a struggle to get her out. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone.

STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THIS PRODUCT. I had to dispute this transaction with PayPal who was more than happy to assist. This vendor is complete BS. Shame on pawacademy them for being scammers!
