3 of my family members had cancellations in the last few days on ebay from evil buyers who get remorseful after purchasing ! But worst evil is PayPal because they will NOT refund the full amount hence keeping fees since April for cancellations that are not sellers fault !! Why can’t they have a system in place when someone cancels five minutes after buying that they refund the FULL amount rather then scamming hard up sellers who are only on the marketplace because they need the pennies !! What’s so hard to understand about that ?? I wish there a competition up against them soon so they can get destroyed never to heard of again !! Please people complain to ombudsman, trading standards etc anyone who can stop this daylight robbery that no one seems to notice !

No customer service skills ignore all emails ignore the fact they have robbed me of £359 off to watch dog next shambles of a company

I cannot express my disapointment with PayPal - they are blantly ignore their own legal contracts. They disregard or are incapable of reading any emails and are willful in not providing any customer services.
What a shambles - as a seller I shall never use them again

Bought items through PayPal. Items did not match as advertised. Complaint PayPal but no help what so ever. Provided with all the proofs. But still closed in sellers favor. Called them and they ask to provide more evidence did. Every time I call them they asked for more evidence after provideing all still closed in sellers favor.👎

Twice now they have been unable to sort a dispute for me!! Really not impressed and think I will delete the app and use my trusty debit card!

Avoid PayPal it does not do what is advertised. I have never had a dispute resolved they slow scam companies to use the system and no money is ever returned . I am not getting replies to my messages . The end date of the dispute is only two days away and no response to my messages .

Absolutely rubbish company which ruined my perfect credit history and it was they mistake and after several times asking them to remove it answer was no. B.sterds really, avoid them at all time! If you are selling/buying on ebay just right in description: Cash on collect or PayPal not accepted!

They warned me of scam, couldent take my calls for days then gave my money out of account and now a minus balance and I they have a collectors company on my back. They are very unprofessional but not enough people complaining to financial ombudsman so there getting away with it

Very disappointed with PayPal resolution centre. Ordered an item and received a Royal Mail tracking number. The item never arrived and on checking with Royal Mail, the item was not for my address. The sender then gave me a Hermes tracking number which again failed to arrive. On checking with Hermes the number quoted was not for my address. And yet PayPal refused my claim in favour of the senders because the senders stated the item had been delivered, certainly not to me. Total scam.!!!!!

Finally people are realising the truth about PayPal. They help scamers who send you a small almost worthless item, then they have proof of purchase, but it's not for the more expensive item you ordered. Their favourite one at the moment is an electric saw, but all they send are a few cheap very small blades. I have lost £250.This is a scam that PayPal are in on. Just look at the ratings now "STOP" using PAYPAL people.

Pathetic , the market is riddled with fake and counterfeit goods, I was a victim of fake goods that cost me £165 which I lost a case too due to blundering not caring eBay and PayPal, customer service sucks in both accounts, so it’s really true you want fake goods to be sold on your market place and let us innocent folk get scammed ?? Disgraceful . And as for the customer service rep I just had a live chat with well you my friend need to educate yourself and learn some manners to us members that have been here adding to your wages for many years, fools

Rubbish, charger me £1 to send me a text that never arrived, then charged me again to resend the text, that never arrived either, I deleated the account, how do the get away with ripping people off like this

I ordered an item in April a walking machine. Nothing ever arrived. A tracking number showed something being transferred to and from a Chinese province 4 times. I disputed with PayPal and because the item had a tracking number and was delivered somewhere ( back to China!) they denied my claim. I have since discovered they routinely deny claims against this company Lingcoup. I will not be using PayPal again. I thought they were on the side of the consumer not fraudulent companies.

Stay away from PAYPAL
They steal your money !!!!!!

I received such an email.
No elaborate explanations.
No contact options.
There is almost DKK 100 in my account which I can NOT get.
DO NOT know exactly what they are doing at PAYPAL ..
And I can NOT get hold of them so I can get an explanation.
There is no help to be found on either their websites or phone number you can call ..

I would have given minus stars if I could. They are useless as a payment service. They do not protect your buying one bit. They make it impossible to claim from fraudulent sellers. Close your account and use a more secure service.

Firstly, Paypal seems to be happy to provide a service for scam websites. Secondly, once you've made the mistake of purchasing from the abovesaid website you're on your own. Paypal has no interest in keeping transactions above board or buyer protection. The dispute process is an absolute shambles. Your case is dealt with by various online agents, who do not seem to have any clue as to the history of your case. Then a decision is made, by someone, with no consideration of the facts provided. The automatic closing and generic reason for declining a case is unacceptable, considering you have provided proof that the reason is invalid. It seems Paypal are hopeful that you'll just get bored and worn down with their time consuming, repetitive and inefficient process of reviewing your case, resulting in your loss and their gain. Reeks of a scam!

Then onto the appeals button - can anyone find this? I do not believe it exists, please Paypal help us all with this dilemma.
Paypal needs to be challenged by the authorities with regards to their processes. Perhaps contact AMAZON for some tips

Set up direct Debit payments In advance of payment due but for some reasOn not processed by PayPal and then charged late payment fee, I see others complaining in forum about same thing.looks like a clever but Dishonest way to make money for PayPal. My trust in this company has faded and will avoid using despite previous heavy usage. Will look for trustworthy alternatives.

More seller info not on the website came up in seconds after I made payment. It was a Texas company on website, 30 seconds after purchase PAYPAL says they just made an overseas payment for me? Within 2 minutes I could not cancel the purchase to what was listed after payment as an UNVERIFIED seller. Customer service, completely useless.

I tried to cancel an order within 30 minutes of it being placed but the company I ordered through, Binhorse basically bullied me and said I could not cancel.
I told all of this to Paypal and filed a claim which they basically didn’t do anything with the 30 days and then decided to tell me that they hadn’t done anything with it for items not received even though I had explained to them that I didn’t want the items I wanted to cancel the order but 15 emails are trying to do that was unsuccessful.Paypal chase did at this stage and the company finally sent me the parcel after three months, the parcel that I didn’t want. The products are fake exactly as I expected and I had explained to Paypal that I had been told that they were fake products which is why I was trying to cancel the order but Paypal took no notice of that at all. I am now being told I have to return the parcel for a refund. This company claimed that they were UK based and used a UK address And now of course they’re sending me an address to post back in China and I’m expected to pay for that. Unbelievably poor service from Paypal, no support at all for their customers so why on earth do we use them? The parcel is quite heavy and I’m supposed to send it back to China for a refund when the whole thing is a scam and Breaks the misdescriptions law as the products are knock offs.
Appalling treatment by PayPal and bad enough already that they took 30 days to file the claim for me in the first place because they made a mistake and never corrected it.
