I have purchased in the past from the now closed Birmingham store so went straight to this company for my new purchase. Just received my pearl ear rings. My original choice were unfortunately out of stock. Trevor offered me an alternative at the same price. They are beautiful and I am very pleased. Fantastic customer service.

I ordered a Pearl ring for my wife as an anniversary 30 year gift but this was slightly too large so Trevor was extremely helpful and sent an alternative , although the alternative was not to my wife's taste once seen, I received excellent service and would definitely recommend Pearl Gallery

Lovely pearl necklace. However, the fastener, while a secure style, does not look all that sturdy. Time will tell.

Really lovely, helpful and informative staff who helped me to identify the type of pearls I was looking for, and were so helpful when a slight web glitch caused a hiccup with ordering. My necklace was shipped promptly and safely, and is absolutely gorgeous (I had to wait until Christmas Day to be allowed to see it as it was my Christmas present, hence the delay in feedback)!
