Excellent in everyway
We have purchased over the years a number pearls in various setting from the Pearl Centre when it was based in the Birmingham. Quite disappointed when told the Centre had closed but more importantly delighted to find out the business and Trevor were still operating but from Devon.
With Trevor help and knowledge we have just purchase pearls for our daughters 50th birthday. The service, quality and price was exceptional . We know our daughter will be delighted.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a ring online but not being able to find what I wanted in the usual jewellery shops I decided to chance it. The whole experience was extremely positive with excellent communication throughout. The ring arrived this morning, well within the promised time scale and I am absolutely thrilled with it. Beautifully designed Jewellery
Even though I live a few miles from Pearl Gallery in the Jewellery Quarter I ordered my freshwater Pearl necklace and pearl drop earrings online. They are to wear for my son’s wedding in August.
The delivery as super speedy, it only took two days and when I opened the boxes both the necklace and earrings well and truly exceeded the photographs on the web page. I’m over the moon with my purchase, they are absolutely beautiful! My only thing that’s spoiled it which is entirely my fault is I went to take a photo to show family. Within two minutes my dog had jumped on to the table and chewed up the lid of one of the boxes. Needless to say she was well and truly in the doghouse that day!

I returned my items
I returned my items, I don't think they looked like the pictures at all. They also looked quite cheap like something out of Accessories. The communication was really good on the live chat prior to my purchase but once I purchased the items the email communication was terrible and I kept having to chase them

Minor repair, excellent service
Needed a minor repair to some pearl earrings. Sadly discovered that the jewellery shop that made them was now closed. Looked on Internet and found Pearl Gallery, reviews looked good so thought we'd go look. Shop window full of great looking mix of items so went inside. Lovely young lady served us, listened to what we needed and went to ask the goldsmith what he could so. He fixed there and then. Great job, will definitely go back when we want anything else. Huge thank you.
