It is very difficult buying ethical genuine stud pearl earrings on line. After a lot of researching, I came across this website through the reviews on Trust Pilot. For me, the website had a lovely selection of stud earrings across the different varies of pearls. The website was very easy to navigate and I bought a pair of Akoya 9ct pearl studs. They were posted special delivery and arrived next day. Unfortunately one of the pearls was marked and the certificate was crumpled. I contacted Pearl Gallery, who were very apologetic and I was advised to return the parcel and they would review the earring and replace. I paid special delivery post to return the earrings next day to them. I received an email 5.30pm on the day they were delivered back to Pearl Gallery to advise my new earrings were in the post. I got the new earrings and a new certificate in a separate envelope the next day. I sent an email to ask if they could refund my postage to return the parcel to them as this was a faulty item. This was dealt with promptly. The new earrings are delightful and I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficient service provided by Pearl Gallery.
