Royal Mail misplaced our parcel, Sam whet above & beyond to sort.

Absolutely spot on ,customer service was fabulous I couldn't fault a thing ,

Best price for cat litter I have found anywhere, plus delivery was very quick and communication excellent.

Food is good, our dog enjoys it, and it is a fair price. I have taken off one star as Peejay do not communicate well - my order was showing on the website as processing despite it then be delivered!

Item a arrived promptly and was as described.

Delighted to find the giant Ancol cat scratching post here, that we had previously bought on Amazon (but now Amazon only stocks an inferior product). Ordering online was easy and the post arrived well-wrapped and in good time. Very pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Overall ok but delivery charge is expensive

8 days and still not received goods, tracking not working.
Not very helpful when you phone.
Paid on Tuesday, we're not even despatched until Friday.
Biscuits arrived around 6pm Tuesday evening, no use to me whatsoever.
If other companies can send the following day, then why can't you ?

Great service and communication from Sam at Peejay Pets.
My first order went astray or missing due to Yodel not following delivery instructions, but I was quickly sent a replacement order.
However Yodel still did not follow delivery instructions as my order was left at the front door ready for someone to steal, when I specifically asked for the delivery to be left through a side gate.
Also no delivery note was left.

The goods have arrived, I ordered 10 packs was noticed by the invoice that I would only receive 6 and be refunded for the other 4, I am still awaiting the refund, I have emailed you but I have not received a response, that is the only reason you have a low score
PeeJay have been in contact it appears my email went in to junk, I received a telephone call from them this morning explaining the refund procedure, all sorted thank you very much for the call, I will definitely use again

I was happy to buy some dried dog food for less than the larger suppliers were charging, and hopefully support a smaller company. The postage took a few days, as expected, but I thought the price was quite good and overall it was still cheaper than walking into my local superstore.

Service was great, easy to buy and pay simple.

Firstly, the price was cheapest and the ordering process was easy. Feeder arrived a day early and was well packaged. Good email updates as well. Can't ask for any more really.

Good quality collars in a lovely range of colours. The collars are soft and have a strong buckle and lead connection.

My parcel arrived quickly and I am delighted with my purchase.
