This is a really good company
This is a really good company. I've had little issues that had to be dealt with and they dealt with it and the Lomi product is really good. We've used it for many years and giving it away as gifts.
Shockingly good service & support!
You can never be sure how good a company is until something goes wrong. Well, I had a fault with my Lomi and I was shocked at how wonderful & amazing the Support Team were! Technically, they were not obliged to help me with this particular device, but they didn't let the red tape get in the way, they understood that while it was outside of their official warranty, it was - by all instincts & normal understanding - appropriate to be covered by warranty. There aren't many companies out there who are this totally honest, reasonable & understanding.

New Lomi bucket
We have had the Lomi 1 for 5 years. The drive gear that connects the bucket to the turning mechanism of the Lomi device got stripped over time. When we checked with Lomi, they provided us a new bucket for free. Can’t wait to start using Lomi again. It’s such a great way to compost, and the dirt is terrific in our garden.

The fan on my Lomi stopped working and the customer service was excellent. I was offered a replacement fan free of charge even though the Lomi was no longer under guarantee. Thank you!
Good to have, but should last longer
Lomi was good for most of the time I had it (purchased October 2022, died September 2025). It was used maybe 2-3 times a week, more often in summer. Mostly it processed used coffee filters, brown paper, and fruit and veggie scraps -- nothing to mess it up. I didn't use the compost function too often, maybe five times total. In the last year the bucket broke and was replaced for free, but then the motor gave out. I was offered a discounted replacement but didn't take it. The Lomi was great while it lasted, but it shouldn't have died in less than three years. I hope that the newer (and pricier) models are more durable.

My Lomi works & my garden loves it.
I was one of the first buyers of Lomi and I have not been disappointed. Customer service has been excellent, whether it was just a question how to do something or replacing a part. My Lomi worked well but for the first couple of years, then I noticed that the contents were sticking to the sides and bottom. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new inner container free. They honor their guarantee and support their customers.
