Arrived with one day's notice to chemically flush the central heating. Polite, no fuss, fully explained what was to happen and tidied up everything afterwards. Recommended.

Great Customer service and exceptional pipework skills. Moved my boiler to the loft and had radiators fitted. These guys work too fast couldn't keep up and provide comprehensive future proofed advice to save costs.

Exceptional service, one of the few left that deliver what they commit to!
I normally am one of the many that don't often leave reviews but sometimes there is that one experience that should be noticed. I used Serve my Home at very short notice. After paying the required deposit to secure my booking (the very next day), all communication was clear from that point. The team arrived on time, took their time setting up ensuring all was in order and put down protective gear to ensure no damage to my property. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and explanations were clear, i actually learnt a lot for the clearly experienced owner himself. After reviewing Pelicano Services Ltd on Trust Pilot, and reading all of the great reviews on this company, I decided to book them to carry out a Power Flush of my system. Booking online was easy, and quick. On the day, two of their Technicians arrived, and set to work immediately. They were very professional, polite, and helpful, but what stood out the most about them was there customer service and the respect that they showed whilst working in my house. They left the place spotless, and even wanted to mop my kitchen floor. I would throughly recommend this company.
